The days after Theodore's birthday go by in the blink of an eye and without much interruptions. That, of course, changes the minute both Draco and Harry brawl over the former's badges.

And while the news had spread through the Castle like wildfire, Olympia thinks the whole ordeal had been nothing if not a petty catfight that only resulted in both Gregory Goyle and Hermione Granger getting hit. The latter's teeth had grown past her collarbones and the former's face had been covered in ugly, red boils.

It wasn't until Snape arrived that the tension began to dissipate. And of course, favoring his House, the Potions professor took Draco's words as the final verdict, earning Gryffindor a considerable loss of points.

Harry had been seething, but his focus had diverted the moment he looked for Olympia, sending the girl a pleading look and asking her to vouch on his behalf. And while the last Sarantos could understand the origin of his rage and despair, she wasn't willing to throw her beloved cousin under the bus.

She ended up staying silent, and Harry had been mighty disappointed at that.

Still, the Greek heiress ignored the whole ordeal with a graceful shrug of her shoulders, she couldn't waste her time on Harry Potter if she was going to get through the rest of the week. Seeing as lessons and assignments kept on piling, she had to keep her focus intact if she strived for excellence.

However, no amount of work could hide the excitement everyone in the Castle had for both the nearing Hogsmeade trip and the Tournament's First Task. Hogwarts was buzzing with enthusiasm and everyone could tell.

Which brings the young heiress to her current predicament.

"You know," Daphne calls from her bed, gaze rising for only a second before it returns to the newest Witchly Weekly issue within her grasp. Olympia catches a brief glimpse of the front cover, which has a pretty, dark skinned witch advertising a new weight loss potion. "You could borrow the elves' ratty clothes and Bletchley wouldn't even comment on it."

Right. It was November 19th, a Saturday and the day of the first Hogsmeade visit. The knowledge shouldn't cause any buzz, but it does, because with said trip came her unexpected date with Miles.

Yesterday, the blonde boy had pulled Olympia aside, right after their Muggle Studies lesson had ended. He opted for mindless conversation before asking about her plans for today's evening, and seeing as she didn't really have any, he took the opportunity to create some of his own.

And Olympia promptly agreed.

Which explains the absolute avalanche of clothes that rest on her bed. She doesn't know what to wear, and the uncertainty is driving her mad. Not to mention how she happens to be racing the clock.

"What about the black skirt you tried on first? It's pretty." Pansy offers next to Daphne.

Both girls are dressed, ready, and looking bored out of their minds, but they are kind enough not to rush her, and instead settle for offering their opinions.

Olympia scowls, turning to look for said skirt. Pansy's right, it is a very pretty skirt, but ever since she traded Greece's torrid sun for Scotland's glacial winds, the Sarantos witch couldn't help but notice the abrupt change of color her wardrobe has encountered.

Instead of the bright, buoyant colors she is used to, the majority of her clothes now consist of either dark or neutral shades. And it isn't that she dislikes dimmer hues, not at all, but she has always enjoyed the boost of confidence a perky pigment can provide her.

Realizing she can no longer postpone her decision, Olympia begins to eye a pair of white, wide-leg trousers she bought back when she lived in New York. She examines the garment, scoffing at the irony of it all. Here they are, thousands of witches and wizards claiming their superiority over Muggles because of blood, and yet, it is the very same witches and wizards who adapt Muggle ideas to their lifestyles when it becomes convenient.
