Carefree.
At times, bothersome.
Those were words that could describe Karma Akabane. Well, at least (Y/N) could describe him as that.
(Y/N) woke up to the Pokemon theme song playing violently loud on her phone as her alarm clock. She let out a loud groan and tapped the turn off button. She continued to lay in bed for a full minute, letting herself process the day ahead of her. Like booting up a computer, her thoughts began to run through her head.
She slowly sat up and spoke to herself.
"I don't think... I don't think I like Karma anymore."
A little bit later, she sat on her couch while eating a bowl of cereal. She found herself recounting all of the interactions she had with the boy known as Karma Akabane.
"Hm... Am I being delusional?" She asked herself, "It's not like he's done anything wrong??"
She took another spoonful of cereal.
"You know what? This is a problem for a later (Y/N)."

A sweet girl with black wavy hair was on her way to work. Being an actress had its perks, but waking up late was not one of them. Kaede walked along the soaked concrete sidewalk. The pole of her umbrella leaned against her shoulder and the gentle drip drip drop of the rain tapped against the cloth of the canopy.
zzt zzt.
"Hm...?" Her phone vibrated in her coat pocket. She took it out and peered at who it could be, "It's Nagisa."
1 new message.
Nagisa Shiota: Hey! Karma just told me about some event at his school. Apparently it's some kind of international food festival?
Nagisa Shiota: I was wondering if you wanted to come with?
She perked up at the idea of that. Ever since the former members of Class 3-E graduated junior high, she found herself trying to take every opportunity to spend time with her former classmates, especially the ones that were closest to her.
Kaede: Yea! I'm pretty sure that I've got free time later!
Kaede: And if not, then I can clear up my schedule ^__^
Kaede: Is Sugino coming along?
Nagisa: Nah
Nagisa: He said that he had something for baseball going on around that time, so he had to decline
Kaede: Oh okay!
Kaede: I'll meet you there :3
A smile bent her lips. Now she had plans that she was looking forward to.

"Yeah, so fun fact, I don't think I like Karma anymore."
"It's about damn time."
(Y/N) gave Ren an annoyed look as the two walked. Her eyebrows were furrowed and her nose was scrunched up.
This took place during the small margin of time the second years had to prep their tables for the festival. Ren had met up with his female companion at the front of the banquet hall.
