chapter 2 - the fight

as days pass by i tried to talk to lily but she kept ignoring me. during lunch i was playing cards with my friends stacy and garrett "i won" stacy said "ggood j- jjob s- stacy" james said garrett put his hand on mine and stacy, stacy and i got surprise "garrett moved" stacy said "ggood j- job g- ggarett y- your a gg- good f- friend" james said garrett normally doesnt like to move he really does like our friendship. after 2 weeks garrett passed away, but ill see him soon. stacy had to switch schools its not the first time that this happened a lot of kids like me leave to different schools because of the school bullying. but i and a few others stayed, during class mr skills was teaching us about the judging and bullying kinda thing "todays word is judge because of how different we are but you guys cant let yourselfs down because people think your weird and stuff dont listen to others you are not weird your just unique" mr skills said "b- bbecause w- weird iis j- just a- another ww- word f- for u- uunique" james said "yes, good one james lets write that down" mr skills said weird is just another word for unique i kept that in my mind. after school i was walking in the halls to get out of school but i got distracted and saw lily "ll- lily" james said i walked up to her "i told you to leave me alone!" lily said lily yelled bad she walked away but you know who heard that, alex and his friends oh boy "well well look who we have here" alex said "i guess lily doesnt like you" nate said "because your weird and no one likes weird" brandon said "ww- weird ii- is j- just a- another ww- word f- for uu- unique" james said alex and his friends started laughing "your not unique your a freak!" alex said brandon punched me in the face lily heard that she stopped walking for a second she tilt her face a little she got calm but then got serious and walked away to animal club. i was getting hurt they kept kicking me and punching me then mr skills saved the day "what are you kids doing" mr skills said they ran away mr skills helped me get up "james are you okay you gotta let someone know when this stuff happens" mr skills said "w- wweird ii- is j- just a- another w- word f- for u- unique" james said mr skills smiled "come on lets take you with your mom" mr skills said mr skills took me with my mom, my mom did not like what happen to me. when we went home she was cleaning the blood that i have in my face i had bruises in my face "oow" james said "im sorry james but you cant let people keep doing this you"  ms baldwin said "i- i cc- care f- for o- others" james said "i know you do but people like them dont deserve that" ms baldwin said "n- no jj- judge" james said "just promise me you wont let anyone hurt you like this again" ms baldwin said "o- ok" james said after all that lily finished animal club she takes the bus to get home when she got home she saw her mom and frank fighting. lily was use to it "im home how was animal club it was great now im gonna go drink some bleach and probably never gonna see you guys again" lily said lily messes way too far with them because she doesnt get a lot of attention. she went to her room the fight got louder and crazier then lily slammed the door from her room she didnt want to hear them fighting. lily layed in her bed she put her earphones and volumed her music up as loud as she can. 3 hours later she fell asleep someone open the door it was her mom lily woke up but didnt say a word to her mom "so how was school" lilys mom said lily kept ignoring her "come on lily you cant be that mad" lilys mom said "you know that boyfriend of yours is kinda getting on my nerves" lily said "look i kno-" lilys mom said "know what, i told you hes bad news and hes annoying i dont want to talk about him" lily said "lily i-" lilys mom said "goodnight mom" lily said lilys mom didnt say nothing after she left her room. she knew lily was right but she felt trapped. before i went to bed i had a big jar i put little wish notes in there every night with my mom before i go to bed "so whats your wish for today" ms baldwin said "ii- i ww- wish f- for ll- lily t- to ll- like m- me" james said my mom got a little calm "maybe lily is having a hard time right now maybe you could wish that for lily" ms baldwin said "n- nice i- idea" james said thats what i wrote and went to bed. the next day lily got out of her house she saw frank outside smoking a cigarette"where are you going" frank said "school where else" lily said "you know your mom told me about that little talk of yours" frank said "does it look like i care" lily said "that little attitude needs to change" frank said "i dont have to listen to you your not my father anyways" lily said frank grabbed lilys wrist and pressed on it really hard "i may not be your father but you dont know what im capable of" frank said lily laughed a little "im not scared of you" lily said lily bit franks arm hard frank let go of her arm right away lily just walked away "your psycho lily!" frank said "i know" lily said lilys mom heard and went outside "whats wrong" lilys mom said "you better control your daughter or ill control her" frank said lilys mom stood quite but went inside the house. lily got to school she saw me i saw her i waved at her but she ignored me and walked away. i started to walk behind her "llily" james said "go away james" lily said this time i didnt listen to her "ll- lily" james said i kept calling her name everyone was looking she was getting angry she started to squeeze her hands then thats when she turn around and "i told you to leave me alone!" lily said she pushed me hard to the grown everyone liked that she got in shocked what she did but alex and his friends saw and walked up to us "well ill give you props lily" alex said "well who made you the king of nerves" lily said "well you should've went harder" nate said nate started punching me  everyone was starting to get into a circle "fight fight fight!" crowd said all 3 started hurting me except lily "you guys are being real amatures" lily said the principle came lily tried to walk away "not so fast lily, all 5 of you in my office now!" principle said all 5 of us went to the principles office alex and his friends went inside first while lily and i were waiting. lily did not look happy, "ss- sorry l- lily" james said "dont you ever talk right because of you were here" lily said "i- i- i dd- didnt m- mean t- to" james said "i dont care" lily said alex and his friends got out and left, then it was our turn "this is the 3rd time that this happen lily why do you have to hurt him" principle said the principle was right, this wasnt the first time lily done this to me its not just me shes done this to a lot of boys in the pass "well he gets on my nerves" lily said "you guys have to start getting a long" principle said i stood quite the whole time "i am not getting a long with him look at him hes a freak" lily said "ok thats it its either detention for a year or he joins animal club with you" principle said "what!" lily said "and dont studder because if you choose detention you wont lead animal club anymore so choose wisely" principle said lily wasnt happy she kept thinking and thinking "fine whatever its not like hes gonna like it anyways" lily said "ok james your now in animal club" principle said oh boy this might not end well.
