Chapter 3: Loud, Messy and...

"What in the WORLD IS THAT NOISE?" Golf Ball walked over to Tennis Ball, who was sitting in front of TV watching the security in GB's underground factory. She had installed security cameras to her factory ever since the lavapocalypse to make sure nobody ever went back in there without her permission.

"Well.. It's not your factory-" TB had started to say before getting interrupted by GB.

"I KNOW it's not my factory's alarm! I know what it sounds like, and it is definitely NOT this loud." Golf Ball turned to see the other objects covering their ears with their hands (if they had any.) She turned back around to face TV's screen.

"TV, what other buildings have alarms here in Goiky?" TV's screen shifted to a security camera in a restaurant. It was a small green building with a very messy counter, a couple tables (one was upside down,) and a cash register. Something shifted under one of the tables, but the motion was so small they didn't notice it.

"What building is that? And who could possibly leave their own restaurant so... messy?" Tennis Ball asked, standing up and looking around. They had added a couple more buildings in Goiky, along with more recovery centers. The HPRC was also remade.

"Well, all we know about the building is a restaurant of some sort.. and the only 'restaurant' here i-" She was cut off by an even louder DING, but the beeping had finally stopped.

"-s Gelatin's Steakhouse.. Come on, let's go investigate." Golf Ball walked off before Tennis Ball could reply, leaving him with no choice but to follow her.

It took Gelatin ten whole seconds to realize the alarm was coming from his steakhouse. He quickly ran to the door and unlocked it, only to find a messy counter and an upturned table.

"Who- wha-" Gelatin walked in and flipped the light switch on, but nothing happened.

He looked up at the ceiling.

"You have got to be kidding me." The lights were all shattered except for one, which was dangling from an almost broken wire. The only thing Gelatin could do was stare at the mess, and that's when he remembered the alarm was still going off. He ran behind the counter and pressed a button to turn the alarm off, followed by flipping a switch, pressing another button, and entering a password (password.)

DING.

The alarm was off, but who made the mess.? Gelatin got up and sighed. He hadn't even noticed the broken window until he nearly stepped on a piece of glass. Scanning the rest of the room, he noticed something. Something very bright colored under a table, but before he could do anything about it Golf Ball bursted inside.

"Gelatin! Why was there an ala- Oh." She stopped talking when she noticed just HOW messy it was in the steakhouse, and how Gelatin was standing there and staring at her like she was crazy. Tennis Ball walked inside, noticing the mess as well.

"Jeez Gelatin, did you have a party in here or what?" Tennis Ball asked.

"No. I have NO IDEA what happened, who did this, and WHY THERE IS A HUGE MESS IN MY STEAKHOUSE."

GB and TB flinched. They had actually never seen Gelatin so serious before and... it was kinda scary.

"Well maybe it would help if there was some light, and since your lights are..." She stopped to look at the ceiling. "-er... Not working at the moment, we'll get one of the brightest objects here."

GB turned around to face Tennis Ball. "Can you go get Lightning to come here? I'm pretty sure he's talking with Cloudy right now." TB nodded and walked outside to get Lightning.

Gelatin turned around and walked to the table. He ducked his head under, but there was nobody there.

"Wha-?"

"What is it Gelatin.?" Golf Ball walked over to him, very confused.

"Nothing it's just.. I thought I saw something or someone under here a few minutes ago..."

"I'm baaack! With Lightning too." TB walked inside the steakhouse, followed by Lightning.

"Wow.. Tennis Ball told me it was messy but- I didn't think it would be THIS messy." Lightning floated over to the group, lighting the way as he flew.

"Hey Lightning.. could you come over here for a second?" Golf Ball was looking at something, but couldn't tell due to the darkness. Even though it was still bright-ish outside, the sun was setting and getting covered by clouds so there wasn't much sunlight going through the windows.

Lightning floated over to Golf Ball, Gelatin and Tennis Ball following too.

"To: Ice Cube, from:..." The bottom half was ripped off, so the name wasn't there. But, it was pretty obvious on who this belonged to. Then, a hand popped out from behind the counter, followed by a very familiar cyan colored object.

"BRACELETY?!"
