Chapter 4: ...Found

(quick swear warning by the way. there's only one but- yeah.)

"..Bracelety!?" Gelatin, Golf Ball, Tennis Ball, and Lightning exclaimed at the same time. Bracelety nodded, slowly
climbing out from behind the counter.

"What?! How could you be behind there? I literally JUST wen-" Gelatin started, getting cut off by Golf Ball talking over him.

"I thought you went missing?" Golf Ball interrupted, pushing Gelatin away from the counter as she walked towards it.

"Wait- My restaurant is a mess because of YOU?" Gelatin pushed Golf Ball away, getting a "Hey!" in response.

"W-well.. I guess you could say that?" Bracelety shrugged, looking down at the floor. The jello was left speechless.

"The important thing is that we found you." Lightning pointed out. "But, we should get going before Gelatin kicks us out. I would hate to not be able to eat here."

"Hey Gelatin, we- uh- we're gonna get going now." Tennis Ball quickly walked towards the door before Gelatin responded. The others followed behind him. Bracelety hesitated before following.

"Phew.. I'm glad that turned out soo smoothly." Tennis Ball closed the door after everyone except Gelatin exited.

Then a loud crashing noise could be heard. Everyone turned back to Gelatin's Steakhouse at the exact moment Gelatin threw something out the broken window and yelled:

"I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU BRACELETY!"

"N-nevermind!"

"What'd he throw by the way?" Lightning floated over to the item that got thrown out the window: a crumpled piece of paper. He uncrumpled it and showed it to the group, the drawing that they had found before finding Bracelety.

"Speaking of.. Bracelety, why were you in Gelatin's Steakhouse the whole time?" Golf Ball asked, turning around to face her.

"I just thought that.. that Ice Cube wouldn't be too happy to see me return from- from the exit.. I guess I was kinda annoying? So- I found somewhere to hide.. I didn't expect anyone to notice.." The rubber bracelet sighed, using her foot to swipe at the grass.

"Wait- doesn't Gelatin's Steakhouse's alarm sound off immediately after someone enters, and how come the camera footage never showed you entering?" Tennis Ball walked in between the two of them.

"I went through the back door. Gelatin never put a camera there. As for the alarm..." She thought for a moment. "I think it was broken and he never noticed. Apparently it.... fixed itself?"

"Huh.. guess that is weird. Well, we better get going then." Golf Ball walked away with Tennis Ball.

Lightning and Bracelety watched the two balls walk away.

"Soo- what now?" Lightning asked, floating down a bit to Bracelety's height.

"I'm going to find Ice Cube." Bracelety said, walking away without waiting for a response from Lightning.

Pencil yawned, opening her eyes.

'Huh.' She thought, 'still night time? Thought I was asleep for a while now..'

She sat up, looking around. Everyone else was still sleeping.

'Guess a quick stroll around here wouldn't hurt.'

Pencil stood up and started walking towards the blue tower. 'Is this really it?' She thought after opening the door. 'I expected more than just a couch, TV and a window. There's so much empty space in here. Why didn't we check the buildings before we decided to sleep outside? Forgot the teams were living here.'

She closed the door and looked around. 'There actually isn't much around here... Guess'll try to go back to sleep?' Pencil walked back towards the other alliance members until she heard something. Curious, she turned around, and came face-to-face with Ice Cube.

"Gah!" Pencil stumbled backwards, tripping on her own feet and landed on the grass. "Jeez Icy, you nearly gave me a heart attack." She lowered her voice, remembering that the others were still sleeping.

Ice Cube didn't say anything. Pencil got up again.

"Uhhh Ice Cube?" Pencil waved a hand in front of her face. "OW!-" She immediately pulled her hand back after Ice Cube bit it. "Seriously, what is your problem?"

"Don't you know Pencil?" She smiled at this. "I came to get my revenge."
