Part V (final)
Panic! Son Juyeon is a MENACE!
When discussing the matter of threats to society and risks to people's health, Jiyeon was more than certain to be appointed as the main offender.
She wouldn't deny her crimes, of course. Doing so would not only make her a liar but would also qualify her as a terrible actress - which she wasn't, by the way. And, honestly, it wasn't like Jiyeon didn't appreciate the sense of pride it gave her or that the childish love confessions and the melodramatic, often playful, accusations she received didn't give her something lighter to distract herself with when she was having a hard time.
At this point, she felt more honored for being capable of causing these strong reactions on people than mad or anything of that sort, and if discussing how awfully sexy of a danger she was would end up with her girlfriends all over her like she hoped it happened, then she would gladly keep up with her misdeeds and revolting petulance.
That being said, if Jiyeon was to express her true opinions in regards to such allegations, she didn't actually consider herself the top one on the list.
No, not really.
Not when Son Juyeon existed .
See, Juyeon being a goddess on Earth was no news. Just like her personality, kindness and good humor being automatic attractiveness points to pretty much everyone she met was nothing to be baffled at. And that, plus the fact that she was Juyeon and Juyeon wasn't one to let people leave without at least one good memory for later recall, worked for her advantage on the same level it worked for their, mere commoners, suffering as they pitifully attempted not to relent to her power and failed - failed once when she smiled at them, failed twice when her voice called and they obeyed without thinking twice.
It wasn't even that Juyeon was fully aware of what she was doing or that she did it on purpose, to begin with.
She definitely knew she was hot and the mission of reaffirming her beauty, worth, and qualities on a daily basis was one Jiyeon and Hyunjung took very seriously, but Juyeon was no omniscient, narcissistic creature to not waver in her opinions about herself and, as the one being stared at - as the muse of a thousand songs and a child of the moon -, having proper access to how someone truly felt towards her wasn't something she was capable of.
She couldn't know about the butterflies soaring in Jiyeon's chest whenever she was around, nor could she ever know how deep Hyunjung's care ran when it came to her and everything that she was. Juyeon was incapable of noticing every single pause Jiyeon made, every euphoric shock rushing down Jiyeon's veins for being hers, for being blessed with the chance to be by her side and watch her move and change, and Juyeon, in her inevitable ignorance, could only imagine what the whirlwind of passion and honor living inside Hyunjung looked like from where she stood.
Maybe that was why Juyeon's reactions over catching them staring or being caught off guard by their corny, though sincere, declarations were all that much endearing: her surprise was genuine - so did the timid blushing, so did the stuttering voice - and no matter how far they went with their compliments or how extravagant they got with their displays of affection, that part that couldn't know would always prevent her from having a full grasp of what they meant, and they would always make sure to repeat everything all over again until she couldn't deny them anymore.
But that end of softness and affection wasn't the only place their undying veneration went to.
Oh, no.
