When Minju got to her table to eat lunch, something was strange.

The 4 seats that had been filled by Chaewon, Yujin, Yena, and Sakura, were empty.

"Have you seen Chaewon?" Minju asked.

"No... Sakura always responds to her texts but they haven't been showing up. I even tried texting Eunbi. Nothing" Chaeyeon said in a worried tone.

Hitomi looked around carefully at the people eating lunch around her, then lowered her voice "Do you think it could have something to do with a mission?"

"It could... do you think they're okay?" Wonyoung asked in concern.

"Do you want me to take you guys down to HQ?" Chaeyeon asked.

They all looked at her with relieved eyes.

"That would be nice" Nako said.

"Okay. Meet me after school and I'll lead the way"

-

Minju continued worrying all day. Why had Chaewon been out for a walk last night? And did it have something to do with her sudden disappearance? The end of the day where Chaeyeon would help them get answers couldn't come soon enough.

Minju met her friends at the front of the school and Chaeyeon showed them the location of the spy headquarters. There were so many places that Minju wouldn't even imagine going - but of course, after being kidnapped, she's quite familiar with this route.

Once they were at HQ, Chaeyeon said, "Okay, what are we going to ask?"

"Did you send them on a mission, and if you didn't, where could they be and how are we going to find them?" Hitomi suggested. The others nodded.

"Okay. You guys can come in with me, but let me do most of the talking"

The process to get inside was very long and complicated. Chaeyeon had to whisper a password, do a handprint scan, and explain her intentions before being allowed in. And Minju was sure there was a camera somewhere. She just couldn't find where.

While Chaeyeon was doing the talking, Minju let her eyes wander around the property. It was decorated with hedges to look inconspicuous. Minju was looking at them when a small hint of white.

What's that? She wondered.

She crouched down and pulled it out.

It was a tiny piece of paper.

I wonder what this is doing here. She hurriedly unfolded it.

"Corner of Main and Blue.

RRRRLRLRRRLLRLRLLRLRLLRLRLLRLRLRRLRLRLRRLLRLLRLRLRLRLRLLRLRLLRLLRLLRLRLRLLL"

Huh? Minju wondered.

"Guys, we're going in!" Chaeyeon called.

Minju hurriedly stuffed the note in her pocket and followed the others.

-

"Did you send Troop 181 on a mission?" Chaeyeon asked.

Wow, she really knows the spy language. Minju thought.

"No. We suspect they may have been captured" The woman at the front said.

"Well what are you going to do about it?" Wonyoung asked urgently.

"We're doing all we can to recover them."

Minju looked around the room. There were lots of computers and fancy technology.

But not a single person was there.

Minju felt a new emotion rise up in her.

"Well then I suppose we should go - right?" Minju said.

There were general nods of agreement. And so they left.

Once they were far outside the property, Minju gathered her friends.

"Did you see how the office was empty?"

"Not a single person"

"Like they weren't even trying"

"Well..." Minju said, reaching into her pocket.

"I may have found a clue"
