Jake started punching at the metal wired gate as the others watch their killers come closer. They were running at them in full speed. Jake noticed something happen to the gate. He rubbed his eyes and screamed.
There was no gate.
There was only an infinite grey wall.
"Guys. RUN!" he grabbed them and pulled them to the right. They ran for their lives, not daring to look back and check if the slenderman zombies were following them. They ran like they were in the Olympics, and the finish line was close. They ran, turning every now and then to confuse the zombies. They didn't want to split up mainly because if your gonna face a hoard of zombies you should have back up.
Mochi spotted a metal shelf. She took a ladder she found on the ground and place it near the shelf. She quickly climbed up. The other followed suite. She then brought the ladder back up. They waited quietly. Ori was brave enough to check below.
The coast was clear.
She heaved a sigh of relief before lying down on the cold metal flooring. Everyone calmed down a little.
But not for long.
"So, I guess those rumours were true." Mochi said, staring at the furniture below. Everyone gulped.
"Yeah. But what scares me the most is how the rumour was formed. Someone had to know about this right? They probably had to survive this place..." Jeremy pointed out.
"Well tomorrow morning we'll leave." Jake said firmly. Everyone grunted back in reply. They found a cardboard box which they cut into pieces and laid it on the cold metal flooring. Then they slept.
"Night."
"Night."
"Don't let the zombies bite."
"How can they bite with no mouth?"
"Can yall stop talking and go to sleep?"
