I sat in my dorm. It was incredibly beautifully decorated. I shared a dorm with two girls. They were both extremely nice. One of them, Cho Chang, had gorgeous black hair. The other, Luna Lovegood, had gorgeous blonde hair.

We had only had one day of school and we've already gotten a ton of homework. So; I sat by my desk and tried to do my transfiguration homework. But professor McGonagall was a very smart woman and wouldn't do it easy for us.

"What are you doing, Aria?". Luna said and I turned around to answer.

"Just trying to do professor McGonagall's homework that she gave us". I answered and waved a few papers. "Actually, I'm gonna go to her office and ask for help". I said to avoid a conversation.

I slipped away from Luna and down from the dormitories to Ravenclaws common room. And there he was, sitting, laughing with his friends. The boy that I don't know the name of but I couldn't seem to forget. I quickly walked past them and tried to not stare to much.

I got out from our common room and entered a corridor. It was quite a long walk in stairs and corridors to reach professor McGonagall's office. At least for my 11 year old self.

"Come in!".I heard  McGonagall shout from her office and i pushed the door open. As I stepped inside I saw three young students standing in front of her desk, all from Gryffindor. And I knew them; Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley.

"Oh uhm. Sorry to disturb" I said and then smiled at the students.

"Oh no, not at all, Goldstein. These three were just leaving". McGonagall gave them a serious look. Hermione sighted and then they all left. "What is it then?". The woman asked and I handed her my homework.

"I don't quite understand what I'm supposed to do".

After dinner I walked around the school trying to find the library. It was incredibly hard to find around here.

"Hermione!". I said as I saw the girl walking in the corridors. Hermione walked up to me and smiled.

"Hey, Aria. Are you alright? You look a little lonely". She said and smiled. Yes; I looked a little lonely because when I was lonely, I was my best self. And I barely had any friends so being by myself had always worked best for me.

"I'm alright". I said. "Do you know where the library is.?". I asked her and blushed a little. She was extremely smart and brave, like a Gryffindor. But I just wasn't like that.

Hermione describedleav the way to the library for me and I started walking there. It was still a bit confusing where I was going but I knew more now that I did a few minutes ago.

I pushed one of the doors open and sneaked through the gap. It was all quiet so I thought I was alone. I wondered around and found a nice cozy litte desk to sit by and finish my work. I couldn't focus, all the books that surrounded me made me wanting to read them all.

I left my stuff and started to look through what books were here. I found some that I was excited to read. I wasn't sure if a student was allowed to leave the library with books, but who would care? I thought.

When I got back I talked to Cho and Luna, they didn quite agree with me on my thought of taking books from the library.

"But they're old!" I said and laughed.

Cho laughed, "Not my fault if you get busted" She laughed.

I shrunk my shoulders and giggled. "I guess. But I better be getting to sleep. I'm extremely tired".

Luna nodded at me, her kind eyes looking my way. I thought, maybe we would be even better friends, one day. "Nighty night". Said the blonde and quietly lay down in her bed.
