My head was throbbing and I was sweating much. I felt rather nauseous, like I was about to throw up. I guessed it was from all the drinking.
Next to me sat Cedric, sleeping, his hand holding tight over mine and his head leaning back over the chair.
I looked at him, I was foolish to go with Malfoy, to the ball, and not with Cedric. He had broken up with Cho, for my sake. And I had liked him for so, so, long.
"Aria", said a voice from across the room. I looked up. There stood professor Snape, looking at me. "Professor Dumbledore has given me the chance to, how do you say.. watch over you-".
I nodded slowly, even though I was sure I could take care of myself, but it was nice that professor Snape was here. "Thank you, professor". I said and let my head rest on the pillow, again, looking at Cedric. His beautiful eyes just resting.
After a few minutes he woke up, he catched up on my condition with Snape, and then kissed my forehead whilst Snape went to fetch Madam Pomfrey.
"I'm sorry". I said and my voice cracked, I let my fingers cross Cedric's lips, they were soft. "Don't hate me".
Cedric sighted, "I don't hate you, Aria, but.. I was, hurt". His eyes teared up, "I, wanted to go with you, Aria, to the ball".
I already knew this would be a long argument, not today, but it would never be let go by neither of us. I didn't reply, I just let it sink in through silence. Cedric let his hands touch my face, following my features and smiling as he touched my lips.
"Kiss me", I mumbled and quickly felt his lips pressed to mine, I felt a warmth spread throughout my whole body. My lips dragged away from Cedric's. "I love you", I mumbled, for the first time, and he lit up in a smile.
Cedric looked at me and smiled, his teeth showed, it was funny, there was a piece of broccoli stuck between his teeth. I laughed, "Broccoli", I giggled.

"So, miss Goldstein, you fainted", Poppy paused and sat down by my feet, "You were extremely drunk. Do you have any recollection of last night?", asked she and cracked a smile.
At Hogwarts you weren't allowed to drink, during school, yesterday they sold it. I could remember, Draco, giving me drinks, many, drinks. I could also remember him shoving drinks down my throat, and us dancing.
"A little", I answered madam Pomfrey. "But i- it's blurry". Poppy nodded, she didn't seem to frightened, so, it couldn't be too bad.
Poppy let out a small sight and looked at professor Snape, "she will need rest, one to two days, and constant awakening". Snape nodded and madam Pomfrey walked away from us.
"You'll be just fine", said Cedric and gave me a kiss on my nose-tip. "Professor, I got it from here", He said and looked at Snape, who just seemed to laugh.
Snape scoffed, "I am sorry, Diggory, but you've got exams, and I have been told to look after, miss Goldstein".
Cedric looked at me again, we both knew there wasn't any good to argue, so he said goodbye to me and then left. I sat myself up in the bed, looked directly at Snape, then I felt ill, extremely ill. I tried to reach away from the bed but I didn't have time, I just threw up right in my knees.
I looked at Snape again, he looked disgusted, and regretting that he agreed to do this, "For Merlins sake, Aria", The man said and called for some nurses to get me cleaned up.

It was around dinner, almost 8 pm, I sat and talked to Cedric whilst I ate dinner. According to Cedric, I haven't been eating enough, lately. Poppy had served me potatoes with pork. Not my favourite, but it worked.
"Is it good?", Cedric pointed at the plate, I had mostly worked my fork around with it.
I shrunk my shoulders a bit, "Not really". I put the plate on the left nightstand next to my bed, Cedric sat by my right side. "Can I ask you, something?". I was careful, I didn't want him to leave. Even though professor Snape would be here, that didn't feel good.
Cedric nodded and held my hand. I took a deep breath, "Can you promise me, that you'll be careful with the second task. I believe in you, but I'm scared, for you".
Cedric didn't answer, he probably was scared, too. He wanted to compete, yes, but he was frightened. Being under water for one hour is life threatening, not to talk about the secret they keep within every task. Thankfully, there were only three of them in total.
"Nothing's going to happen, Aria, and you know that. I have hopes for myself, it's Potter you should worry about", He said and stroke my cheek. "And we're going to celebrate tomorrow, so start to think about something else".
I looked confused at the boy, I didn't remember that we had planned on celebrating anything, "Celebrate what?", I asked.
"That you're better".

I woke up the next morning, feeling like I had much more energy than the day before. I looked around the room, it didn't seem like there were many people here. I stood up in my bed to see whether I was alone in the hall. Across the hall I could see a pair of feet.
I sneaked out of my bed and over to the other bed, there was blue covers around the bed, just like round mine. I pulled the covers away.
My eyes was in shook, there she lay, dead. I backed away quickly, it didn't look like she was supposed to be dead. I turned around, and ran, I might let out a scream on the way to Dumbledore's office.
I could see professor Snape at the end of the corridor, he walked with a woman. Probably with professor McGonagall. "Severus!", I screamed, as I did I fell over a stone. My head hit the floor but I quickly stood up again, by the help of the professors.
"My goddess!", professor McGonagall said and helped me calm down, "wWhy are you up?".
I shook my head, "She's dead! Cho, she's dead!"
