"EL!" I shouted "EL, COME ON THIS ISNT FUNNY!" Mike shouted. She was gone, we turned around for one second and now she was gone. What the hell. "This is all my fault" Mike said quietly as he buried his face into his hands. "Mike, buddy it's not your fault" I said placing both hands on his shoulders. "It is though if I didn't say any of that shit she'd still be here" he said tears welling up in his eyes. "She said it's not safe, what if she gets hurt?" I shook my head "she won't get hurt."

"Yeah she's got those badass powers!" Mick exclaimed.

"Not the time" i hissed. "She'll turn up I promise buddy" I said softly "let's get you home, it's getting late." Mike smiled and nodded. "Thanks y/n you're the best" he said hugging me.

"Come on guys let's get our asses out of here before it gets to dark" I said. Mike released me from the hug and we started to head back to the train tracks. "Are you staying the night with us or..?" Mick asked. I shrugged my shoulders, "my dad said he'd be at your house to pick me up by now."

I slipped my Walkman's headphones over my ears and pressed the play button. The first few notes of the song engulfed my hearing tuning out the sounds of nature around me. I slipped my hands in my pocket as we walked down the train tracks. I sighed, god this was gonna be a long walk, I was already tired, and we had lost two children. I couldn't wait to just lay in my bed and fall asleep. Hopefully I wouldn't have one of those Terrible nightmares I've been having, I couldn't do another sleepless night. Maybe I'd be able to sleep in my dads bed. It always made me feel better, made me feel like I was five again and got to snuggle up to my dad in the middle of the night.

I felt two hands press onto my shoulders and another pull down my headphones "whatt.." i whined as I leaned my head back to see who it was, Liv and mick. "Hi livie" I said rolling my eyes playfully. "What about me?" Mick pouted "hi Michele" I said with a fake cold tone. "Ew gross don't call me that" mick said. I rolled my eyes and continued my conversation with Liv.

"You missin' stevee?" Liv asked wiggling her eyebrows. "No..Steve's just a friend Liv" I said. She rolled her eyes "suree y/n" she giggled. "I'm serious!..he doesn't even like me..." I sighed "bullshit!" Dustin shouted. "What?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows "bullshit..he totally likes you" Liv said softly. "Lies total lies" I said "what if I told you he-mfh" mick covered her mouth. I furrowed my eyebrows and tilted my head to the side "let her figure it out herself livie" she said pressing a kiss to liv's lips so she wouldn't tell me whatever she wanted to tell me. "What is it? Come on I wanna know!" I whined "you've gotta find out on your own" mick said smirking.

"Hey you wanna stay the night with us tonight?" Mick asked. I shrugged my shoulders "maybe, don't really want to be a third wheel for longer than I really have to" I laughed. "Oh come on please! We haven't had a sleepover in so long!!" Mick pleaded. "Okay okay fine" i said rolling my eyes playfully.

After walking mike and Dustin to the wheelers house we made our way back to Michele's house. "Your dads still not here" Liv whispered "yeah he's probably at Joyce's" I sighed. "Come on let's watch the outsiders" liv giggled. I rolled my eyes as she grabbed both mick and i's hands and dragged us up the pavement towards micks house. Liv swung open the door and dragged us into the house and up the stairs to micks room. "Call your dad tell him you're staying the night" mick said pointing to the phone sitting on her bedside table. I nodded and sat on her bed dialing dads number as I sat my walkie talkie on the bed side table. I assumed he would either be at our house or Joyce's. I dialed our house first. It rang a couple times before going to voicemail. I groaned and dialed Joyce's house. It also rang a few times before going straight to the answering machine. "Not answering" I groaned as I laid back onto the bed. "Are you okay?" Liv asked gently running her hands through my hair. I sighed "yeah I'm fine" I sat up and scooted myself against the headboard. Mick sat next to me and Liv sat in between micks legs laying her head on micks stomach.
