chapter 10

When I woke up, I was in a room, A room. Not my room. My eyes were very blurry for me to notice, I rubbed them and realized I was in a boy's room. I looked down and saw I was in sweatpants and a baseball jersey. That's when I realized it was Jaden's room.

" shit, shit, shit, shit," I quietly said getting out of bed and trying to go out of the door.

" you can't leave yet, we need to talk," Jaden came out of his bathroom. I just sighed and sat back on his bed.

" What do you remember from last night?" He asked standing in front of me. I tried to remember, but I could only remember the drinking and dancing party. That's until I remembered what Jaden said.

" nothing really? Why?" I asked. His face dropped and he went to turn around.

" I'm just joking J," I stood up in front of him.

" Did you mean it?" I asked him.

" Ye- no, nope Sage it was all a joke to see if I could kiss you," He sighed and looked at me. Obviously, he was being sarcastic.

" So, now what," I said.

"I'm not quite sure," He walked back into his bathroom and someone came barging into his room.

" OH SHIT!" Javon yelled when he saw me.

" Why are you yelling?" I asked him.

" Why are you here? In Jaden's room, in Jaden's clothes?" He questioned.

" He brought me home last night, I don't know, I don't know," That's when I thought about how he changed me.

" JADEN! HOW DID YOU CHANGE ME?" I yelled.

" chill spaz, you changed yourself, I just gave you the clothes," he laughed.

" yea wow that's so funny," I mocked his voice

" you guys fight like a married couple," Javon laughed.

" Javon, get the fuck out, I need to talk to Jaden. AND DON'T EAVESDROP," I slammed the door in his face.

" I don't want to date, I can't date I should say, you know what happened with the last one," I whined walking into his bathroom. He was brushing his teeth.

" that's fine, but I still like you," He looked at me. He kissed me on the cheek and then lightly pushed me out of the bathroom.

I walked back out of his room and down the stairs.

" Oh hi! I'm not sure we have met, I am Jessica! You must be the famous Sage!" She exclaimed.

" Haha, that's me!" I laughed. She pulled me in for a hug and I hugged her back.

" So, why are you here?" She asked me.

" I don't know, to be honest, I was just about to leave anyway," I said smiling and walking to the door.

" Slow your roll, you aren't leaving," Jaden grabbed my arm and pulled me back to the kitchen.

" Well, why not? Thought you hated me," I said mocking him.

" I never said that," He looked at me.

" bull, whatever, I gotta go home anyway, my mom is probably wondering where I am," I looked at him.

" Bye Jessica!" I yelled before grabbing the door handle.

" Bye, sweetie!" She yelled back.

" What about me?" Jaden asked.
