Camp Dionisus | Huntlow/Winter | AU

Chap. 2

Title: Camp Dionisus

After a few more minutes, they arrived at some kind of hill. 

They all got out of the car and walked towards it. 

"Welcome to Camp Dionisus! My name is BriAn, but call me Mr. B. I'll be you camp director this year!" Said a loud voice, on which they assumed was Mr. B on the megaphone. 

Turns out they were correct. The big cabin door at the main entrance opened, and inside was a short bearded man with his hair in a ponytail holding a megaphone. He looked a bit like Belos, aka Phillip, but they didn't notice. 

"So, Mrs. Noceda, these are the kids I assume?" He walked up to them, smiling as he looked down on them. 

"Yes, Mr. B! Kiddos, introduce yourselves" instructed Camilla Noceda, who was shaking his hand. 

"My name is Luz! This is my girlfriend Amity-" she pulled Amity to her side, which made Amity blush. 

"I'm Willow, this is Gus and Hunter!" Gus grinned and almost laughed when Hunter got startled when Willow said his name. 

"Nice to meet you lot! Now come, let me give you the tour" he led them to the cabins and put the five of them in one cabin. Suprisingly, they fit in it...somehow. 

They continued the tour the next day, leading them to the cafes nearby for breakfast. They did activities at the big space near the entrance, and told stories at the campfire during the nights. The group enjoyed their stay, but not for long. 

Hunter was just minding his own business, which was talking to Flapjack, when he heard some high pitched squeal. He didn't really care at first and continued talking to his palismen. A few minutes after that someone squealed again. He got tired and went over there, bringing Flapjack with him. 

He followed the noise to the cabins. He saw Luz getting attacked by some girl yelling at her for not introducing themselves too her. They soon realized that she was the camp director's daughter, Olivia. That didn't stop Hunter of getting in the middle of both of them when she was about to give Luz a black eye. 

"WHATS YOUR PROBLEM?!" He yelled as he held her fist as if he was gonna break her bones. But she just stared at him, and blinked. She then blushed and apologized, then left. They were left confused. 

"What happened? One second she was going to punch Luz and now that Hunter's here she just gave up?" Asked Amity as she hugged her girlfriend tightly. 

"I got the answer...she has a crush on Hunter. You know, like me and you before we started dating?" Said Luz. 

Willow just stared at Hunter. "Will this distract your sport practice? I found a sport that we could practice while we're stuck here" She asked. 

"Not at all captain! I'll make sure I stay focused! Besides, I don't like her back like those two over there" he looked back at Luz and Amity. 

Willow smiled, then Guz smirked. 

"Well, Captain, I'll see you later" Hunter waved goodbye and left.

After that incident, Olivia has been trying to impress Hunter eversince, but he wasn't having it at all. 

She asked him out once at a cafe, but he just ignored her, embarrassed by her tactics. He would usually go to the cafe with Willow to discuss about how to play sports in the human world, but would be interrupted by Olivia. 

She dressed in very, very, inappropriate clothes the next week, trying to seduce him, but he was just weirded out. Rumor was that Olivia had a thing for Hunter, but he doesn't like her. They say he likes other girls, which was true. 

Olivia tried to get rid of Willow once by luring her into the forest, but then Hunter came and bought her back. He also scolded her for doing so. 

Luz had a suspicion that Hunter had a thing for Willow, but decided to say nothing. 

"Hey Huntiee!" Olivia had, again, broke into the cafe. 

"Not again...hey Captain, what was that strategy again?" He said, pretending to ignore her. 

"Well, when they're about to shoot, block them immediately. I'll get the ball then shoot at their side. We'll practice it tomorrow if you'd like?" At this point, Olivia was at their table, glaring at Willow. 

"Sure, Captain. Say, where exactly can you find a soccer ball?" He asked. 

"I think we have to ask Mr. B for that, he's the director after all" Willow replied, taking a sip of her tea. 

"Alright. What time will we practice?" He took a bite of his sandwich. Olivia was still glaring at Willow. 

"After lunch. Well, that's it for today. I'll go tell Gus about it, then maybe you should practice on your crush" she winked. 

"What are- ohh. Yeah, I-I'll do that" he blushed as she walked away "What an awesome captain...oh. You were here?" 

"Yes I was here! I was going to ask you out!" She slammed on the table, making Hunter stand up. 

"Listen, lady, I gotta go. I have no time for a relationship. Not right now" he ran off as she chased after him. 

"Run, Hunter! For W- Your crush!" Yelled Luz. Vee just stared at them at the verge of laughing. 

"Wait, he likes someone?" Amity looked at Luz. 

"Mhm! Found it out myself! RUN HUNTER RUN!!" Said Luz as Amity laughed at them. 

Willow just watched the two, as Gus was eating some ice cream. 

"CAPTAIN! HELP ME!" Hunter yelled, Olivia still on his tail. 

And so she did. She laughed at Olivia, and it seemed to call her attention. Olivia then tripped on a rock, leaving Hunter some time to hide from her. 

"Woah...thank you, Captain...you are a mixture of awesome and awfully pretty" he panted as he ran to the cabin he was staying at. He fell asleep on the bed and took a nap as he waited for the others to come.
