Dhruv and Kriti had been married for 3 years now. They were very happy with each other. These 3 years were the happiest time of their lives.
Today was a very special day. No it was not their anniversary.
It was Dhruv's birthday!
The whole day they celebrated very grandly. They went out, met their friends and had a grand party with the family in the evening.
Kriti was yet to give Dhruv his birthday gift.
It was late night. Dhruv came to the room. Kriti was standing in front of the mirror. He went and hugged her from the back.
Kriti: (smiled) Tired?
Dhruv: Yup!!!!
Kriti: But my gift is still due...
Dhruv: What gift?
Kriti: Wait!
She parted from the hug and went towards the wardrobe.
She opened the drawer and picked a file.
Dhruv was very confused.
Kriti handed over the file to him and smiled.
Kriti: Happy birthday Mr Husband!
Dhruv: A file?
Kriti: Areh idiot open it and read.
Dhruv opened the file and started reading. His eyes widened as he proceeded to read!!!!
Kriti noticed few drop falling from his eyes.
Dhruv: (surprised) What? Seriously!
Kriti nodded in a yes.
He threw the file aside and hugged her tightly. He kissed her and stared at her.
Kriti: Did you like the gift?
Dhruv: Are you kidding me. This is the best gift of my life. This is the best birthday I've ever had.
Kriti smiled shyly as they hugged once more.
