She started to open up more with him.
1month later...
Saturday evening
Hasini was correcting a few answer sheets.
"When are you leaving for Himachal Pradesh?" Jayesh asked her.
"Within four days." She answered.
"So did you complete all your shoppings?" He asked.
"Already I have so many clothes Jayesh." She said.
"You're going to Himachal Pradesh so you need clothes according to the weather conditions and we're going shopping." Jayesh replied.
"But...." Hasini started but she was interrupted by him.
"No arguments." He said and left the room.
She smiled.
Next day they went shopping.
"First we'll buy Jerkin." He said and pulled her to the store.
He started to choose in between the different colours.
"It's just a Jerkin don't look for colours." Hasini said because Jayesh took more than a hour to select and Hasini felt pity for the shopkeeper.
Then they bought a few clothes and came back home.
"You wasted so much money." She complained.
"Hasini, I'm earning for us not just for me and you're my wife. " he said determinedly and went inside the room.
A small smile crept in her face.
"You packed everything right?" He asked.
Hasini nodded her head.
"You're headache tablets, Jerkin, pain relief spray." He asked.
"Yes." She said.
"Then.." before he could start Hasini stopped him.
"I took all the necessities and this is the 3rd time you're asking." She said.
Jayesh rubbed his neck sheepishly.
Hasini chuckled and said "As you know I will come only after a week so take care of yourself. Come home soon have your dinner properly and sleep on time instead of spending time with your work files.
Geetha aunty asked you to come and stay with them for a week so if you want to go there."
Jayesh was amused.
"What happened? Why are you looking at me like that?" She asked, seeing his amused face.
"You're talking like a typical wife." He said teasingly.
She gave a stern look.
"Whoa I just... " he tried to speak.
Hasini started to laugh.
Next day evening...
"I'll book a cab." Hasini said.
"No way I'm dropping you in the airport. " He said sternly.
"Ok at least give the luggages to me." She said.
"You have your dinner. I'll place the luggages in the car." Jayesh said.
After an hour.
In the car.
"Call me if you need anything at any time. Be safe. Share with me your live locations." He said.
