5.THE AFTERMATH-Neil's Adoption Track[3.1]

I really feel that in yrkkh they have messed up neil's adoption track.They haven't portrayed their emotions and feelings correctly.They have ruined their characters. Neil did so much for Abhi during his wedding and to solve his love life but Abhi without understanding his feelings is supporting Manjiri blindly.Everyone especially Neil is blaming Manjiri for hiding the truth but treating her husband's illegimate child as hers  would have been so difficult for Manjiri. So this is my take on this adoption track.In my story Neil has neither gone to Goenka mansion nor the media fiasco has occurred.

It has been five days since the storm hit Birla family.Nothing was same in Birla family after the revelation about Neil's true identity.Although Birla's were never a happy family but still they used to dine together and chat ; all of which has now completely ceased. Mahima and Anand supported Harshvardhan Birla stating that it was wrong on Manjiri's part to hide the truth and three of them spent most of their time in the hospital. Parth and Shefali remained neutral and didn't have much say in the matter. While Manjiri and Neil remained locked in their rooms for most of the time. Manjiri would just talk to Abhimanyu while Neil found his support in Akshara.  Akshara would first go to the hospital complete her duties there and then after coming home would fulfill her responsibilities as daughter-in-law of Birla's. Meanwhile Abhi had taken a small break from hospital and spent his entire time in taking care of Manjiri.

Everything has completely changed between Abhira. The couple who couldn't spend their day without talking to each other now barely talked.There talks were just limited to enquiring about Manjiri's and Neil's condition from each  other. Akshara had tried her best to explain herself to Manjiri and Abhimanyu but all her efforts went futile as they paid no heed to her words.She pleaded rather begged Abhi to listen to her side of the story but he even refused to look at her.She made all the possible attempts to bridge the gap between them but he just feigned ignorance and said he needed time.No one in the family talked to her except Neil and Parth while Mahima left no chance to taunt her.Even Goenka's were disappointed with her.

Akshara was tired;tired of all the accusations,tauntings,hatred that were thrown at her without her being at fault.So she just gave up justifying herself to everyone and made no further attempts to prove her innocence. But that didn't stop her efforts to mend to her  broken family.She was determined to fix the relationship between Neil and Manjiri. Though her Abhi had forgotten all his promises ,she didn't. 'Voh iss pariwaar ko kabhi tootne nhi degi ;phir chahe voh iss sab main khud hi kyun na toot jaye'.....

It was another silent night in Birla house. Abhimanyu after making sure that his mother had dinner and her medicines and after tucking her to sleep turned to go to his room.But before that he stopped in front of his little brother's room which was right next to his to witness theg same scenario which was common these days.His brother was lying on his wife's lap while his wife was busy caressing his hair;humming him to sleep.Ever since the truth has been out Neil refused to talk and listen to anyone other than Akshara. It felt strange to him that how his brother could only confide in his wife rather than others like him with whom Neil has spent most of his life ;until one day when he heard his wife telling Neil about her chidhood ...About how she till the age of 10 didn't know about her birth mother and considered Sirat maa to be her real mother.Then only he got to know the real reason behind their emotional connect and realised that both of them probably shared the same pain.

But what he didn't know was that it wasn't easy for Akshara to share her past;her childhood memories with someone.The pain she had felt when she came to know that the truth about her real mother was hidden from her;that the life which she had led till her 10 years of age was a lie.She till date didn't know many things about her real mother Naira. She found the pain that she had hidden since childhood resurface and with that came back all the accusations which she had faced since her childhood.

 As he saw his wife getting up and placing Neil's head on the soft pillow he immediately rushed back to his room and pretended to sleep. A few moments later Akshara came into the room wiping her tears she gave him a quick glance and taking her night clothes went to the washroom to freshen up.As soon as she went Abhimanyu opened his eyes which were now filled with tears.It equally pained him to see his wife in such a condition;he felt really really bad to ignore her but he just couldn't have the heart to talk to her.Whenever he tried approaching her all the scenes from the founder's day ;his mother's crying face,his shattered brother,his broken family everything flashed in front of his eyes like a movie and he would stop midway.As he heard the bathroom door opening he turned to his side hiding his tears,now his back facing Akshara. 

On the other hand Akshara all this while knew about his act of pretence. She knew that he used to stand outside Neil's room watching both of them and hearing to their conversations silently;then would run away before they could see him, how could she not feel her docman's presence.Now also she knew that he was acting to sleep and that he was crying silently just like her. The scenario at their house  would have been much better if rather than fighting with their own inner battles separately they would have fought and faced the situation together,' ONLY and only if they could talk it out to each other ' both thought simultaneously and slept exhausted hoping and praying for better days ahead.

I really wish to see Neil and Akshara's bond in this track as according to me they somehow have gone through the same pain .Hope you enjoyed reading.Do vote and comment as it encourages me to write more.Thanks for your love and support.
