I groaned hearing my name being called repeatedly. "not now dadddd I just got my sleep after 20 hours on set and photoshoots." I pull my blanket covering my whole body and cover my face with a pillow. We now at one of dad's house in California. I just flew back here after settling filming Sing and photoshoots for a magazine.
"I wish I could let you sleep but mom-" I shot up and look at my dad straight in the eyes. "is mom okay dad?" he looks down and I immediately run downstairs to find mom. "Mom?" not in the living room. "Mom, where are you?" not in the kitchen either. "J, where's mom?" I ask my AI. No answer from him. "FRIDAY, where's mom?" I ask my dad's AI and same as mine, no answer. Suddenly the lights out and someone comes out from the living room with a cake and candle.
"happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to y/n, happy birthday to you..." it was Tom who walk to me with the cake and Lizzie followed beside him. I was too stunned to react. The lights are back on and now both my parents stand both of my sides. "happy birthday munchkin." my dad whisper to me. "happy birthday honey I love you so much." Then both mom and dad kiss my cheeks. "Blow the candle darling." Tom snap me back to reality.
"My birthday today?" I ask clueless. All giggle with my blankness. "yes malyshka, it's your birthday today. 3rd May." I still froze,didn't know what to say. Soon dad and Nat hold my hands, lead me and blow the candle together.
Once I blew the candle, my tears start falling off. "oh darling." Tom notice and pull me into a long hug. "I'm sorry guys, I didn't mean to cry. It's just that I never had a proper birthday celebration in my whole life." I wipe my tears. "it's okay honey, now you got me, you got your dad, Natasha, Clint, Tom, Lizzie and the whole team here with you. We love you so much and you're part of us." I cry even harder in mom's arms. "alright people enough with the sappy mode. It's our lady y/n's birthday today and let's celebrate!" Thor said lighten up the mode.
I catch up with the team since I barely have time with them. "What are you planning being 15 years old girl?" Clint ask. "honestly I don't know yet. Proceed with acting and singing of course. I might resume my school since I left it for too long already." I state. "No need school munchkin you have my genes, a genius-" Before he continue, he been hit by mom and natasha. "yes she is genius, but still need to graduate. I can't let my daughter being in a war forever." mom said sternly. "and I don't want my lovely sister dying another time." Nat add. "so dad, don't ever try to against it." I grin and all laugh at him.
My phone the buzz non stop and as I pull out my phone, I see so many notifications.
