"It's my fault." Wanda said with her eyes darted at the news about the fight in Lagos earlier. "That's not true Wands." I reassure.

"Turn the TV back on. They're being very specific." she told me coldly. "I should've clocked the bomb vest long before you had to deal with it. I lost when Rumlow said 'James'...and all of sudden I was just a teenage girl who miss my brother...and people died. It's my fault." I take a sit beside her.

"It's on both of us." she stated. "This job...we try to save as many people as we can. Sometimes that doesn't mean everybody. That's what I learnt becoming a Stark's daughter and Romanoff's sister." I look at her with a sad smile. "But if we can't find a way to live with that, then next time...maybe nobody gets saved." I look down at my hands feeling guilty of what I put her into.

Suddenly a blue flash comes straight to the door made both of us startle. "PIETRO MAXIMOFF how many times do we need to talk about this?!" I look at him ready to kill. "Yes I'm aware on that but don't blame me the door was open, so I assumed..." I give him a look and Wanda chuckle at her brother's stutter. "...You asked me to inform you if your dad arrives." he reply awkwardly.

"Thanks speedo. We'll be right down." I reply with a chuckle. "I 'walk'." he use his sarcasms and before he left, he speak. "Forgot to add. Your dad brought a guest." I quirk my eyebrows. "Anyone we know?" I question. "I heard it's a secretary state." I sigh knowing it's not a good thing. "Just great." I hold my head.

"Five years ago, I had a heart attack and dropped right in the middle of my backswing. Turned out it was the best round of my life because after 13 hours of surgery and a triple bypass, I found something 40 years in the army had never taught me perspective." There is the old white hair man telling his old days. "Sorry to interrupt your good old days Mr Secretary but may I know why are you here? Just get this straight." I told him sarcasmly.

My dad and Rhodey try their best holding back their laugh. "y/n, be nice." Nat told me with a smirk. "You had faught for us, protected us, risked your lives but while a great many people see you heroes, some prefer the word 'vigilantes'." The whole room now filled with tense. "What word would you use, Mr Secretary?" Natasha ask. "How about 'dangerous'?" he replied.

"What would you called group a US-based, enhanced individuals who routinely ignore sovereign borders and inflict their will wherever their choose and who, frankly, seem unconcerned about what they leave behind?" he add. He then show  the attacks that we all fraught together.

"New York." I clenched my jaw watching the footage. "Washington, D.C." Sam look down feeling guilty. "Sokovia." The twins watch with a sad look at their home. Dad looks so guilty. "Lagos." Our recent mission. Wanda looks away and I hold her hand telling her it's okay. "Okay that's enough." Steve stop him before he shows more.

"For the past four years, you've operated with unlimited power and no supervision. There's an arrangement the governments of the world can no longer tolerate but I think we have a solution." I swear I didn't like where this conversation going. He then pass me a thick book. "The Sokovia Accords. Approved by 117 countries. It States that The Avengers shall no longer be a private organisation. Instead, they'll operate under the supervision of the United Nations panel. Only when and if that panel deems it necessary." Ross state.

"I might be a kid but The Avengers were formed to make the world a safer place. I feel safe with them." I voice out. "Tell me Miss Stark, do you know where are Thor and Banner right now?" he ask with a smirk. I swear this old man will be death of me. "Compromise, reassurance that's how the world works." I scoff at his statement. Believe me this is the middle ground." he pointed out. "So, there are contingencies." Rhodey spoke.
