The sound of the car locking could be heard through the silent underground parking lot.

Lisa watched as the man locked his sports car before walking to stand beside her.

"Let's go," was what he said while feeling the intent stare she was giving him for the past 20 minutes. Finally, not having it anymore, he said barely containing the grin on his face, "I don't really mind you staring at me all day but you should know that we still have a banquet to attend tonight, Lisa."

"I'm not staring at you! Don't boast yourself too much!" Agitated, she glared at him fiercely while denying the obvious. She could clearly feel her cheeks heating up after being caught and mentally scolded herself for being a moron.

Jungkook raised an amused eyebrow at her. Smirking, he said, "Really? I could feel your stare even from a distance yet you still try to deny it."

This man can be quiet a rogue if he wants to.

Lisa became even more resentful that she could not help but spat in pure annoyance, "Don't be so full of yourself, Jeon. You're not even that good-looking to begin with!" A pure lie, of course. But she didn't care at all even if she's being unreasonable and childish at this point, she's too muddled to care. She just wishes to knock some senses in this bastard.

"Right. I see, you have a poor eyesight." He innocently nodded his head as though understanding her situation. The king of all the shameless, that's Jeon Jungkook for you.

Lisa became angrier that you could see the imaginary smoke coming out from her ears at this very moment. "Just how shameless can you be?!"

He gave the latter a meaningful glance as he smiled at her infuriated expression. The smile made her think twice if the man has something wrong with his head for him to act this way.

Isn't he supposed to be aloof and distant to everyone else? Why is he acting so out of the character? she felt her skin creating goosebumps at the scary behavior of this man in front of her.

She sighed and rolled her eyes at him. She could care less about him, for now, she needed to deal with a bigger problem to even mind this insane man. She walked away briskly leaving the amused Jungkook behind.

He wore this unusual smile with a hint of laughter in his eyes as he followed the extremely annoyed woman inside the entrance of the mall—his mall, to be precise.

She walked faster, desperate to create a huge distance between her and the man. She kept complaining and throwing curses inside her head.

Little did she know, she is the only privileged person who could witness and experience this kind of shamelessness hidden deep inside this aloof, cold man.

Because Jungkook possessed a long, muscular legs, he easily caught up to her pace. He chuckled when he caught a sight of Lisa puffing her cheeks in irritation. She looked adorable.

Just then, she remembered her original motive of going to the mall. She glanced at Jungkook for a moment wanting to ask but was hesitating.

Jungkook saw her hesitant attitude and chose to speak first, "What is it?"

"I don't know your grandparents well and had never gained impressions of them. Can you—uhmm, can you help me pick a few gifts for them?" She blushed while saying this.

She knew her mistake. She should've taken the invitation seriously and considered the consequences when she decided to neglect it. Jeon Family is a big family to begin with—she can't be too idle when meeting them especially in an event like tonight.
