Chapter 17

I'm in chemistry class, I'm completely uninterested in the lecture that Professor Han is giving. When it finally rings for the end, I don't even try to run out of the classroom, but drag myself to my locker. I toss the books inside, then slam the locker door, and a few of them turn to me.

"Freak" I hear a few of them throw at me, but today, for the first time, I don't care what anyone says.

"Someone is in a worse mood than usuall" i hear a familiar voice behind me, then I turned to him. Yunho is standing there with his huge smile on face. I have no idea where he finds the strainght to smile like that.

"I just lost all will for everything." I say as I shrug.

"Past few weeks you don't have will for anything, what do you mean you lost it all? Was there more?" he is teasing me.

"Haha, very funny Yunho." I said mockingly.

"So what are you up to after school?" he asked.

"Homework, studying, sleeping. As usuall."

"C'mon Lora, you can't live like that anymore. It's been weeks. Get over him already."

"Who said I didn't? I'm living my life to the fullest." I said.

"Yeah, right. You can lie yourself, but not for long."

"Oh God, just let me be like this. I'm annoyed, I'm angry, I want to punch him..." I tried to continue my sentence, but I just exhaled.

"Just try to forget him okay? I will pick you up after school and take you home."

My first thought was that I couldn't forget him for years, how can I do that in a few weeks? I will never forget him. At least I think... but I didn't said anything at his suggestion.

"Okay, but did you saw Jenny these past few days? Is she partying again? Meeting boys??" I asked him.

"I have no idea, but I guess so. I mean I didn't saw her after that lunch we had with her boy." he said.

"Yeah, me too.. well at least someones love life is going great."

"Oh stop Lora. You will find someone who deserve you. I mean he is my friend, but he just can't for some reason be serious with serious girls. Emily was never like you, that's why it took a while."

"What do you mean?" I'm confused. Is that a compliment or?

"For someone who is very smart you are very slow. I will tell you later I have to go to the next class. See you"

"See you Yunho" i lean back on my locker sulking and exhaling.

Yunho and I've gotten closer since Wooyoung and I got into an argument. We were given a common task in chemistry and since then we have been practically inseparable. Jenny is on the team too, but of course, when she shows up.

I talked with him about my situation. Yunho listened to me and was there for me when I needed Jenny or someone close to me... and because I had no one beside Jenny, Yunho was my new friend. Thank you chemistry.

After my last class, I waited for Yunho to finish his dance practice, in the library.

I didn't dare to go to the dance room. I've been trying to avoid Wooyoung for weeks, so I don't have to face his dark eyes. I don't have the courage to do that, although it should be the opposite. But I'm afraid my feelings would only speak from me if he saw me.

After a while, my phone vibrates and the name Yunho appears on the screen.
