"If you use your head, you won't get fat even if you eat sweets."

Everyone only has one life. Just one, one valuable life. Once they die, they die. Lost in emptiness and mourn over by the ones whose loved them.

Many people are lucky, avoiding diseases. Such things like;cancer. Many lives are lost.

Humans aren't always to be trusted either. Anyone, I mean anyone could just stab you in the back. Humans are greedy, if they get the chance, they'll take it. Wether it's good or bad, they'll do anything for them to achieve satisfaction.

Some humans hate peace. They want to get into fights, they want to get themselves into risky situations. But who is there to stop them? Police can't come in just a matter of seconds. Humans will continue beating them up, unfair or fair. They'll wait till the victim passes out or drips blood, getting pleased by their actions.

Just like other animals, they hurt each other. Abusive parents, lovers, anyone could be hitting their own kind.

Huanns take advantage of other humans. They rape people who are weaker than them. Humans use the ones who are guilty whenever they say no to them. They'll use you and suck you dry for everything you got. Then they move on to a new play thing.

Humans ignore. Parents who neglects their child, that child is crying, waiting till they get a warm hug full of love. A hug that.. You know and could confirm that that person cares about you and will do anything, anything to protect you and keep you under their wing.

Friends ignore as well. They use you for anything you have that'll be valuable. Every group has one that's left behind, one that's suffering, wanting a friend's warmth.

Humans hate on themself because of words. Words hurt, sharper than a knife jabbed into your skin. (Maybe not actually) Bullies that want to pick on you, you fear them. It turns to anger and you start to hate yourself. Schools say they are trying their best to stop bullying from happening, but are they really..?

Humans hate change. They hate people who are black, keep them as slaves. You plead for them to stop, for them to show mercy. Yet, you'll still end up dead by the hands of someone white.

The trauma all stacks up, stress slowly getting to your head. You're used to it, not caring about your life anymore. Not caring about anyone nor anything. You repeat this in your head 'no one will care,no one likes me anyways.' Someone will care. Someone will love you, hold you. You just have to keep pushing, your effort won't go to waste.

Your life means everything to everyone.

"Hinata, are you alright?"

"I'm fine Suga-san. I'm just a little tired."

This caught the attention of almost the whole team. Usually, Hinata tires everyone out. They have tired Hinata out!?

"BRO! IS THAT HINATA?"

"I THINK SO," the pikachu look-alike yelled after the supposedly 'not bald guy.'

"Guys, really, I'm fine! I'm just.." his voice trailed off and turned to silence, the team was staring at him intensely, waiting for Hinata's answer.

"I'm just tired like I said before!" giving off a small fake smile, he went back to his usual self, running to ask Kageyama to set for him again.

Practice ended and Hinata was assigned on cleaning duty. Noya was worried for Hinata and stayed behind, Tanaka going home before him, sadly missing the sleepover arranged. But he kept repeating to himself 'Shoyo's feelings are more important.'

"Shoyo, you really looked down, are you sure you're fine? I may be loud but as your bro, I care for you. The whole team cares for you. That's what a team is for, to look after one another!"

"Noya-san,I promise that I'm fine. Please, can we not talk about this?"

"Shoyo.. I really want to make sure you're alright-"Noya was being persistent about this subject. He didn't believe that Hinata was actually genuinely happy at this minute. Actually- possibly not even during practice.

"CAN YOU JUST SHUT UP ABOUT THAT!?" Hinata yelled. Noya had no words to say. Even if he did, he couldn't open his mouth. His whole body felt like it was frozen. Frozen stiff. He was shocked to say the least. Hinata was cheery most of the time that he forgot that he's not happy 24/7.

"I-I'm sorry, give me a second." Hinata said after he just snapped at Noya. Hinata leaving gave Noya the chance to also take a breather as well. Once Hinata came back, they went back to cleaning up in an awkward silence.

Hinata rode his bike back home, passing through the road, the trees swaying to the wind. His ginger hair was becoming messier than it already was. Cars were stopping to the red light, immediately darting to their destination once it became a green light. Other than the cars honking, Hinata loved the silence of biking home. It was peaceful, something he needed right now.

Finally, he was at home. Once he opened the door, Natsu jumped on him to greet him. Hinata managed to convince her to get off of him so he could take his shoes off. Doing so, he headed upstairs to finish up some homework.

Lately, he's been trying to get his grades up. He found it somehow helpful with volleyball and he decided to try improving. There was a drastic change, surprisingly.

Finishing that up, he showered. Gently takibg off his clothes he hopped in. He decided to have a cold shower today but not cold enough that he was freezing. He loved the cold water hitting his skin, dripping onto the floor. Turning the knob, he stepped out. Hinata grabbed a towel to dry his body and hair. Putting on his clothes, he stepped out of the bathroom.

Checking the things needed on his phone, sush as messages, he put it down on the nightstand beside him. Flipping the light switch and pulling the blanket over hin, he went to sleep. Silent enough, crickets could be heard from the outside.
