Bakugo was right. Ever since that night, the cuts have gone away, and that nagging feeling of paranoia has disappeared. You also haven't noticed anyone following you, or any shadows lurching at you in the corner of your eye. Once again, you feel safe, and it's all thanks to them.

Coming over that night was very big of them, too. They checked on you, helped you, and made you feel better, even though you felt really bad that night. And you still can't explain the scars you got...but it doesn't matter, because it's all in the past.

You want to thank them, so today, you're going to watch their baseball game.

You've wanted to go before, but you haven't had the chance, since Sero normally has conflicts with track meets, and your mom wouldn't be home to take you. But today's perfect, especially since Sero's going to drive you, and you're both going to work concessions in the later innings.

Also, if you work concessions, you get to watch the game for free, which is a nice bonus, since you normally have to pay to get in, and also, everything you get from there is free. And now, here you and Sero are, walking up to the game.

Sero's jingling his keys, spinning them on his finger, and blowing his bubble gum as he walks beside you. "So, why else do you want to work concessions, anyways?"

"Well, Mr.Toshinori is offering to give extra credit to anyone who does, and also, I get to work with all the hot baseball moms." He tells you, making you smirk and roll your eyes.

"Hey, don't forget your hot best friend too." You remark, bumping him with your hip. "Of course. I'd never forget you, girlie."

He wraps an arm around you with a grin, both of you messing around and laughing to each other, even as you reach the bleachers. After making a stop by the concessions to grab some snacks and candy, you and Sero finally settle in, taking a seat on the bleachers.

"When are they going to start playing? This is taking forever." You whisper to Sero, as the announcer lists the lineup for the opposing teams.

"Probably a few minutes or so. So impatient, jeez. Guess you really want to watch some baseball." He teases you, nudging your shoulder softly, and you roll your eyes.

After announcing all the players, UA's team heads out to the field, with the opposing team batting first. You spot Kirishima in center field, and Izuku pitching.

And a few moments later, you watch Bakugo walk over, dawned in catcher's gear, his helmet in hand. Now, Bakugo's a pretty big guy, but there's something about the gear that makes him look...bigger. Yeah, he looks good.

Sero studies your expression, watching as your jaw drops slightly, and your nostrils flare. He smirks to himself, leaning over and whispering into your ear. "He's pretty hot, huh?"

"Shut up." You roll your eyes, hitting his arm. You watch as Bakugo talks with the umpire, before handing him two baseballs.

Walking over to his spot behind home plate, he locks eyes with you. You smile and wave to him, while he smirks in response. Shit, he's hot.

You've always thought that he was attractive. But now? When he's so close to you? And when he did that shit in the closet? It's making you think about other things..

You shake your head, trying to focus, telling yourself to quit being a horny weirdo and focus on the game. You're just here to watch and support your friends. That's it.

The game continues, and you can see how strong both Bakugo and Midoriya are. Izuku is an amazing pitcher with a great arm, striking almost everyone out. And Bakugo can catch all of his pitches with ease, despite how fast they are.

Even if he doesn't catch the ball, he blocks it and keeps it in front of him. No one ever tries to steal a base on Bakugo, but when they do, they always get thrown out.

So far, he's thrown three people out. Two of which were heading to the third base, and one heading to second.

While the game is very entertaining, it's also very slow, and you can't help but start to get bored. Thankfully, Sero nudges you, gesturing to the concession stand. It seems like it's finally time to start working.

"It smells great in here." You sigh as the two of you stand together at the concession stand. Sero takes a seat on one of the stools, stretching. "Yeah, it's nice being in here with all of the food, but there's no milfs in sight."

You laugh, rolling your eyes. "Okay, tell me, what's your goal if you get a mom to flirt with you? What're you going to do? What if she has a husband?"

"Well I'm eighteen, so anything goes. And maybe her husband isn't as attentive to her needs. Then I'll swoop in and save her." He smirks, before putting some notes into the cash register.

"Uh-huh, and you're just that good? Think about this. Her son who's on this baseball team, who probably works out like six times a week and benches twice your body weight finds out and kicks your ass. Oh and the husband kicks your ass too. You'd get destroyed." You remark before another person walks up to the concession stand.

Some more time goes by, which you and Sero have spent helping people and watching the game. But now, there's a lull, and you're looking for something to do.

Glancing over at the candy, you realize that some need a refill. The problem is, that the box of candy sits at the top of the refrigerator, where you can't reach it.

So, you grab the stool Sero was once sitting on, standing on top of it, and getting the candy. Unfortunately, the stool is a lot more rickety and unstable than you thought it would be, so you're stuck, wobbling around, holding on to the refrigerator for support.

"(Y/n)? What're you doing?" Sero asks as he walks back into the concession stand, after leaving for a few minutes to go to the bathroom.

"I'm refilling the candy, see?" You hold up some of the bags, turning to face him, only to end up losing your balance and having to hold on to the refrigerator. "You're gonna fall and break something, let me help you."

"I got it, everything is totally under contro- shit-" You lose your balance, falling forward, your feet slipping off the stool, only for Sero to catch you.

"I got you, girlie." He says, and he's surprisingly strong, his arms wrapped around your waist, holding you close to him. "You okay?"

"Uhm, yeah, thank you." You murmur, your faces very close to one another. He slowly lets you go, putting you on the ground gently. "Can I tell you something?"

"Sure."

"I just wanted to say-" Suddenly, there's a loud crackle, and you and Sero watch as the ball flies out of the park. "Holy shit, that's a home run."

You watch as a familiar figure runs down all of the bases. "Oh my god, it's Bakugo."

You and Sero come running out of the concessions, cheering him on. He is pretty damn good, not that you're surprised. He probably has colleges eating out of the palm of his hand.

One more inning goes by, and the game's over, with UA beating the team 10-3. You watch as Bakugo takes his catcher's helmet off, shaking his head, sweaty ash-blonde locks bouncing slightly.

"Great Job Bakugo! You did amazing!" You shout to him. He grins, looking over at you. "Of course I did!"

Kirishima walks over, wrapping an arm around Bakugo and waving to you. "Thanks for coming!"

"Of course!" And with that, you and Sero are walking back to his car. You can't help but smile to yourself, as you go. Today was a good day.
