Every once in a while everyone got a day off! Today was one of those days.

Flower had been stressed out for days on end. She knew she and Raz were the next ones voted off. She had been sitting down besides the great oak near the cabins for hours with a clipboard, pencil and a stack of paper. She had been trying to figure out a plan to get rid of Cappy, Bottle and Soapstone. When sudden she felt a familiar hand on her shoulder "Yo Flow. You good?" Flower sighed and shook her head. "I'm just worried. I know that Cappy's coming for us next. And the worst part is we'll be separated! I don't wanna lose you..." Raz sat down next to their beloved. Setting their hand on hers. "Look, today is our day off! We shouldn't be working today, let's relax. Okay?" Flower sighed and leaned up against RazorBlade "Okay..."

Soapstone walked into team grasses Cabin to see Cappy sitting at the desk with Bottle by his side. Bottle looked concerned "This plan looks pretty risky... Someone could die with this one!" "Multiple people could have died before. Why is this any different?" "WELL-" Cappy noticed Soapstone "Oh, Hey Soap." Soapstone threw an upset glance at Cappy before grabbing her backpack and leaving.

Hypnosis Pendant was sitting by the cliff side watching the sunset. Everything else faded away. So they didn't notice someone sit next to them or tap they're shoulder. They only noticed them once they snapped their fingers in their face causing Hypnosis pendant to flinch and look over to see it was Spork. Spork smiled "Hey HP! You doing alright?" Hypnosis Pendant put on a fake smile "Yep! I'm fine!" Spork sighed "You sure? You Dissociated again." Hypnosis Pendants happy smile faded "Ugh, I can't do this anymore. I'm not alright." "You wanna talk about it?" Hypnosis Pendant broke down. Tears streaming down their face as they vented their frustrations about the challenges and all that's happened to them so far. Spork listened intently. After Hypnosis Pendant was done Spork spoke. "You know you don't have to stay right? You can tell Vintage you wanna go home." Hypnosis Pendant hugged their knees "It's not that easy... Back home I run a business. A small store that sells stuff like crystals, candles, incense and other spiritual stuff. But my store is going bankrupt. The properties been passed down though my family for years. It means so much to me. More than anything else." "More than your own mental health? I understand how you feel, believe me I do. I actually came here to save my restaurant! But it still isn't worth sacrificing your mental health. If you want to stay I won't stop you of course. But I'm worried about you. Please just remember to take care of yourself and put yourself before that store. Okay?" Hypnosis Pendant nodded silently as they watched Spork leave. Hypnosis Pendant started thinking about what Spork had said.

Chip waed into team fires Cabin to see Cookie laying on their bed. After glancing at Cookies bracelet Chip sighed "Ma'am? Are you alright?" They sighed "No... But... Ugh. Leave me alone." Chip climbed onto the dresser so they could see Cookie properly. "I can't help if I don't know what going on Ma'am." "Don't call me that. We aren't at the lab." Chip sighed "Either way. What's actually wrong?" Cookie huffed "I don't wanna talk about it. Leave me to my loathing." Chip paused for a moments it's concern getting the better of them. "Ma... I-" It was cut off by Cookies sad, forced chuckling "I thought I wasn't your parent anymore." Ah. So that's what's wrong. "Mom I... I didn't mean it like th-" "It's a little late Chip. Leave me be." Chip paused before turning away. Before leaving it looked behind them "I'm here for you Mom. If you need to talk." Cookie glanced over their shoulder as Chip left. They hugged their pillow. Quietly sobbing into it. When suddenly they heard the door open and stopped. Mid sob they managed to completely stop themself besides a few sniffles. They heard a familiar voice "Cookie?" The clenched onto their pillow hard when they realized it was Vintage. "Cooker. You alright?" Cookie took a deep breath before sitting up "Yeah! I'm fine!" Vintage seemed concerned "You sure...? Your eyes look red. Have you been crying?" Cookies smile dampened a little as the curled up in their blanket. "Of course not...! But... Hypothetically... If I was... Would Chip have been the one who told you...? That weasel-" "I came in here for something else but, your more important to me." Vintage climbed atop the bunk bed so they were sitting next to Cookie. "You wanna talk about it?" Cookie grumbled a little "I... I'm not sure..." "If you don't want to that's fine, but I'll listen!" Cookie paused for a moment before little out a defeated sigh. "Look, Chip is my kid. I adopted them when I was 20 and they were 4. But as of late they've been pretty upset with me. And during yesterday's challenge they said I'm it's parent anymore since they're 24 now." Vintage raised his head "What!? That's bullcrud! Forgive my potty mouth. But I still see MY Dad as my parent! Even if I'm 58! Someone doesn't just turn 18 and then magically become an orphan!" Cookie laughed at his remark. Snorting a little bit. Vintages blushed at their laugh "I like your laugh. It's cute...!" Cookie immediately became a blushing mess. Vintages smirked as Cookie covered their face with the blanket. Cookie looked away "W... Well... Getting back on track. What if they don't view me as a parent cause... I adopted it...?" Vintage gave Cookie a concerned glare "If they can't see you as a parent because you didn't biologically have it that's THEIR problem. Not yours. If I've learned anything over the years blood means jack sh- Shot. It doesn't mean anything. You must've been an amazing parent to raise such a little butthat for 14 years. If they can't see that. Let them stay mad." Cookie paused. Before their emotions flooded their brain like a waterfall as they hugged Vintage. Closing their teary eyes as they muttered "Thank you." Vintage patted their back with an oblivious smile "Of course." For the first time in a while. Cookie felt genuinely cared about my someone who wasn't family. Biological nor adopted.
Chip felt a sting of guilt as they looked at their parent. They sighed "Sorry Ma..."
