The Botanical Gardens. It was more like a fortress now. Plants were everywhere, and that is not an exaggeration. Batman ran into a few hypnotised Arkham Guards, including William North, who had no control over themselves. They tried to kill Batman, and Batman had no choice but to take them down. A plant smell got stronger as Batman neared the Elizabeth Arkham Glasshouse. He entered, and he couldn't see Ivy anywhere. To the left of him, Batman saw a glowing green vine, so he approached it, and prepared his syringe of antidote. As he was about to inject it into the vine, another vine swiped it away, sending it skidding along the floor. "I won't let you destroy it, Batman." said Ivy. "I told you to go to your cell." said Batman."I was a fool. I thought the plants were in pain. Now I realise they were evolving, growing stronger!"Plants threw themselves out of the ground, and vines twisted themselves up Ivy's legs. Then, all of a sudden, the middle of the glasshouse collapsed, and a huge, menacing red flower thrusted itself out of the ground. The huge flower had two slightly smaller ones on either side. They all had razor-sharp teeth. Then it roared, pleasing Ivy. "And now," she said "We'll grow TOGETHER!" The vines lifted Ivy up into the flower, and then the monster closed it's petals, and covered Ivy. It then opened, and revealed her inside a dome in the centre of the flower. She now towered over Batman, and it was rather intimidating, but Batman remained a poker face. She summoned long strands of plant out of the ground, and they twisted around the Dark Knight, squeezing him like a python. Batman broke out of it, injured, but determined. Batman threw Batarangs at the dome, deducing Ivy's health slowly. She then changed her strategy. With her dual flowers, they shot identical orbs as the one from the pods. Foolishly, Ivy opened her dome to laugh and tease Batman, allowing him to throw a Batarang directly at her, and lower her health immensely. She groaned at the pain, and Batman could see the plant in agony also. But she would need many more hits until defeat. Her mutant flower fell directly in front of Batman, so her dome was vulnerable. He approached her, and sprayed Explosive Gel on the glass-like dome. Poison Ivy held her hands on the glass, and begged for mercy. Batman stepped away, and pulled the trigger. Juices splurted everywhere, getting on Batman's suit, and all over the Glasshouse. The plant swayed in the air, and Ivy groaned over and over again. Her plant constantly hit parts of the glasshouse, causing it to shatter. She finally knew she was defeated, and was pulled down into a pit. Bits and pieces of thick glass began to fall beside Batman, one right next to his boot. Deciding it was too dangerous to confront Ivy, Batman escaped out a hole in the glass, followed by him gliding down onto a small platform in Arkham North.
