Today was something Akaashi was not looking forward to. Sure, he wanted to talk to Kenma about their merge and the stranger but, he didn't want to watch a game with so many people.

It's every introvert's fear to leave their house and have to socialize.

"Akaashi! Are you all set?" a familiar voice called coming from the living room.

Kuroo.

Once I make sure I had everything, I went out only to see Kaori with Kuroo and Kenma.

I raised an eyebrow. "That's how they got into the living room. You know, I have to take those spare keys from you."

"C'mon! It's not like you weren't going to let them in," Kaori said, grinning at me as I emotionlessly started at my close friend.

"That doesn't mean I'd let you in." Kaori fake gasped putting a hand in her chest, faking hurt.

Kuroo laughed at us while Kenma well he's Kenma so he didn't mind us and just played with his phone.

"We've got to get going. The game's about to start in 2 hours and we still have to buy foods and talk to the players. Plus, the drive's 40 minutes," Kuroo informed and we all nodded heading towards the door that led outside my apartment.

...

"What the fuck is with this traffic!" Kuroo exclaimed while Kenma tried to calm him down.

"Kuroo, calm down. I'm sure we'll get there in time."

Kuroo raised his eyebrows and I continued observing them. "Would we?" Kenma shrugged that led Kuroo to start shouting more about the traffic.

"Why is there even a traffic? What are traffic enforcers doing at this point?" Kaori deadpanned, looking at her nails while filing them beside me.

"Apparently someone crashed their car in a tree in front us," Kenma said looking up at his boyfriend. "Can't we find a another way to get there? I can't afford to be late since I'm one of the sponsors of their team."

"I can try." Kuroo backed his car and luckily we were at the end of the traffic so we easily did that before taking another track.

But all of a sudden, a dog came in front of the car stopping us from coming any further.

"Ahh, fuck! Who among you has bad luck?" Kuroo exclaimed before leaving the car and shooing the dog away so he can continue to drive forward.

I think it's me. It's definitely me. I've been in so much bad luck these past few weeks.

But even before we can leave the area, out of nowhere a drunk man is at the front of the windshield of the car with a bat in his hand. "Come out of that car, Maurice! I know you love me! Baby, just take me back please!"

What the fuck? Seriously? A drunk heartbroken man? That's the worst kind of drunk after a heartbroken woman!

Kuroo and Kenma's eyes widened at the sight and I looked over to my side to see Kaori sleeping next to the window with her saliva dripping from her mouth.

Yuck. Did she get any sleep when she was away?

Kuroo immediately backed the car before the man could smash his car's windshield. We had to find a way to lose the man before we can leave this part of the town but but geez, are luck was nothing but zero today because the man happened to have such an amazing speed. What is he? Itadori Yuuji in real life but older and the ripped off version?

After a few minutes, we finally managed to lose him when I combined my tactics with Kuroo's.

"Thank goodness!" Kenma sighed before he looked back at us. "How is Kaori still sleeping after all the shaking and speed we had to take?"

I shrugged, not wanting to answer him before taking out my phone and earphones then listening to my favorite songs from BTS.

...

This morning was already cloudy but we didn't think much of it because we didn't bring any umbrella.

We had to run to get inside holding our hands over our heads to try to protect it from the heavy rain since we had to leave the car in the parking space.

"It's official! One of us have supreme bad luck! Admit it now!" Kuroo said after we arrived under a roof.

I tried to dry myself with a handkerchief but of course, it didn't work so much.

"It's me," I stated emotionlessly, not caring about what he thinks. "I've been having the worst lucks these past few weeks."

"You?" Kuroo asked confused before laughing. "I didn't think one of us have such bad luck! It's just a joke. May be it's just today, you know? And seriously out of all people, you? Akaashi you're literally the most organized and lucky persom I know! Like what the hell happened?"

A stranger must've cursed me happened. I ignored him and we walked forward to the room who had the team Kenma was sponsoring inside.

While we were walking, that's when I finally remembered to ask either Kuroo or Kenma who the guy was. It's literally the perfect chance.

But before I could, I heared a loud familiar happy-go-lucky voice shouted. "Kuroo! Kenma!"

It was followed by another familiar joyous tone of a certain orange haired man, a confident smug faced blonde, and a black haired man who seemed to hate the world and everything around him.

They greeted each other with pats and was starting to have a small talk when the human owl noticed me.

"Akaashi?" I didn't know when it started or if it's possible but I started to get butterflies after heared him call me in a soft voice.

What is going on with me? In a span of such a short amount of time, I became comfortable with a man too quickly without knowing his name. Is this an obsession? How does he manage to make me feel this way?

A bright grin formed on his face when he saw me before going towards me and I didn't know where to go and how to avoid him.

"Long time no see, Akaashi!"

...
