I have a really bad day full of trying to study for exams, being sick, and having my roommate annoy me to the point of ripping my hair out :)

Here's chapter 15

*Taylor*

"It's because I'm falling in love with her!" James had shouted moments ago for everyone to hear. I was in shock to say the least, and when he turned around to see me standing there, he was pretty shocked as well.

I tried to think of what I should say or do in this situation, but I just stood there. It makes it really hard when you tell a person it is better to not see each other anymore, and on the same night, have that same person confess their love for you to their father and about 200 other guests in the restaurant.

He looked back over at his father, who had gotten to his feet after James had punched him and rolled his eyes. "Well, this is awkward." James says and laughs uncomfortably.

"I,....I'm just going to go." He starts heading out in the opposite direction of me.

"James, wait!" I ran after him.

Once I was out in the cold night air, I looked around and caught him sitting on the curb. He had his head in his hands and was ruffling his hair in what looked like frustration.

I quietly walked up and took a seat beside him. He looked over to see who it was. "Taylor? What are you-"

He was cut off by my lips.

He was a little surprised by my sudden action, but was quick to kiss me back. He deepened the kiss by gently pulling me by my hips towards him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and could feel a tear mix in to our kissing. When I pulled away, I realized that it was my tear. I laughed a little at this, and he did too.

"Why are you crying?" He chuckled and wiped away the tear.

"I'm falling in love with you too." I whispered.

He stared at me with wide eyes. "Really?"

I nodded. "How could you not know?" I giggled and rested my head on his shoulder.

"So, all of those things you said before I went to talk to my father, was that just an act?"

"Yes. As much as it would be good for you to find someone more accustomed to your lifestyle, there is no way I could stay away. I like you a lot, and I was just saying that to protect you."

"There is no one. No one else I would rather be with Taylor Blake. There is one thing that I am ashamed to admit, I should have asked you a while ago but I was afraid to. Will you be my girlfriend?"

Finally!

He laughed. "Oops, I must have said that out loud."

"You did! So, is that a yes?"

I nodded. He leaned in and placed a sweet kiss to my lips. Just then, a car pulled up to the curb.

"So, are you hungry? Logan can take us to get a bite to eat."

"Sounds great, boyfriend." I giggled and he helped me up and into the car, and off we went.
