Yuki took out all the ingredients and started to ground the coffee first. Then set up the other ingredients and then started to bake the treats.
She had already set and put in the freezer so once they thaw they will be ready to be put into the oven. While others she had to make from scratch.
She checked the clock seeing that she has an hour till opening so she hurried up careful not to make any mistakes.
Once she was through, she kept the freshly baked pastries in the display glass sorting it according to its type.
Jingle
Yuki looked up expecting Shoto but it wasn't him, it was a blonde guy with a black lightning strip. He dressed casually with a white top and black leather jacket and trouser.
" Welcome to Sugar ‘n Creams can I have your order?"
"Hmmm, is there anything that you would like to recommend? Everything looks too good that I can't seem to pick." He said in a soft and relaxed tone.
"Well would you like something that has chocolate, caramel, or honey in it? Or I can do a mix of whatever you want?" Yn said, rolling her eyes as she picked the menu from the one on top of the counter and handed it to him, he just stared at her not even giving the menu a glance.
"I think I would like anything you recommend to me." He smirked.
"Okay, I recommend a large creamy iced coffee extra sweet and extra creamy" she avoided his stare as she continued to look at the menu in her hand.
He puts his hand on top of hers to lower the menu, her eyes shot up to him in confusion as he smiles softly at her.
"It's okay to look at me, you know?"
"So would you like that?" She gave him an uninterested look.
"Yes please, do you like it hot or iced?" He asked.
" A large creamy iced coffee, extra sweet and extra creamy is already iced." She deadpanned.
He took out his wallet from his back pocket and looked at her with a small smile.
"Then I would like two large iced coffees." She nodded and prepared the coffee.
Jingle
Yuki looked up from what she was doing and saw that Shoto had walked in, she smiled as she continued what she was doing.
"Is there anything else I can get you sir and is this for here or to go?" she asked in a rush as she tried to finish things up quickly to attend to Shoto.
"Oh, for here and that's all but is there something wrong?" He asks with concern as he points up. She quickly shook her head
"Oh no it's nothing sir"
"Okay that'll be ¥70." She looks up to see that he has his card out.
"Can I at least get your name or your number?"
"No" Shoto finally spoke, alerting Denki.
"Shoto" Denki smiled.
"Why are you here?" Shoto sat down beside Denki
"For coffee?"
"There's a coffee Shop 3 blocked before you get here and is filled with your crazy fangirls " Shoto lifted up his brows.
"I know but the attention is getting too much and I'd like a little me time you know"
"I'd like my regular please"
"So you're a regular here" Denki leaned towards Shoto who pushed him away with his finger.
"You always have the same thing. I want to try something new, a new recipe," Yuki pleaded with Shoto through her eyes.
"Okay" Yuki squealed at Shoto's response.
"I'd be going now" Denki walked out awkwardly after being ignored.
Yuki added half a teaspoon of pumpkin spice to about 6 spoons of regular coffee then brew the mixture like regular coffee and mix in a half of a cup of caramel syrup, letting the mixture cool down a bit before straining and passing the mixture to shoto who looked at her confused.
"I need you to freeze it just enough to make it chilled" Shoto nodded and tapped his finger on the cup, freezing it at just the right temperature.
Yuki took the cup from him and added sugar and milk to the coffee, topping it up with whipped cream. She served the coffee with a bagel sandwich.
"So what do you think?" she leaned over the counter eagerly waiting for a reply as he took a sip out of the coffee.
"It's good, it has a unique taste" he took another sip.
"Oh shit I knew it"
"No it's great but it doesn't suit my taste"
"Oh I'll find a coffee that suits your taste I promise"
"Okay.. ehem I've been meaning to ask you"
"Yesss"
"Well my family is having dinner tomorrow night and my mum wants to meet you"
"Okay I'd love to meet her too and your entire family"
"Nice so I'll pick you up at 8"
