Peter's POV
Harry is an extremely nice guy, and I guess that's why we're so close, and best friends. I'm here for him when he needs me, and as much as he wouldn't wanna admit it, he's the same back. I know him real well and know that he's a softie and that when I'm stressed, more than a bit of concern will peak out of him.
I trust him. I care for him. He's everything I have, he's everything we both have. He is my very best friend and gets me through anything. I can always count on him. Harry is special to me. I like h-.
"Pete! Did we run out of toothpaste!?" Harry hollers me out of my thoughts. "T-There should still be some left-" I stammer out of my thoughts. "I'll go get another pack today though.." I sigh as he made me lose my train of thought.
About an hour or so passes and Harry left the house. Today was a lazy day for me. I wasn't left with much to do, and that intertwined with there not being much mayhem in the neighborhood. In the past few hours, it only seemed to be two attempted robberies, an attenpted shoplift and some kids playing in the streets. That isn't much for an afternoon in the neighborhood.
I love the neighborhood of New York City. It's my home and I love it for that. I take advantage of this slow-moving day and decide to stroll around for a bit. It had already been a bit after 4 PM by the time I left the house, so I didn't have much to do. I had about three to four hours until Har got home, so that gave me enough time to make sure trouble doesn't start up.
In the meanwhile, I strolled around with the time I had, picking up some groceries and shopping. I let time catch me off guard When I realized it was 8 PM. It had gotten dark, and started raining, so I decided to make my way home. The walk was calm until it wasn't. My spidey-sense started tingling and acting up and I was certain something was wrong. I suited up while I searched the blocks for anything sketchy.
That's about when I leaped over on a building and looked down at an alleyway between the building and another. And that was when I saw it all happening before my eyes. A group of men, at least four, coming from each and every way, surrounding somebody who was just trying to get away. They then pinned them with no escape. froze for a moment, setting the groceries aside, trying to find a way to get down before things escalated. That was when I saw it. That wasn't just anybody getting jumped.
It was Harry Osborn.
