Harry's POV
It was now late October, meaning it was inching closer and closer to me and Peter's favorite day of the year, Halloween. We get to be so lively and free, with nothing getting in our way. Since we met up until presently, we never didn't do matching costumes. It says a lot about our relationship.
There's a week before Halloween, and I'm nervous at the fact that he hasn't brought up any costume ideas already, if he doesn't by today, I'll need to just think of one and tell him soon.
Meanwhile, however, I have to go to a meeting at the city convention hall, for Max Modell. Peter is his right-hand man for the ceremony, meaning I too along with Gwen, Anya, Miles, and Grady have to be held behind closed curtains. The ceremony is him showing off to scientists of the city, this equation that might just be able to stop time temporarily. He gave us a demo look and other than the fact it's legit and compatible, it makes it the number-one villain item to rob us of.
I get out of bed to me sleeping out my alarm 20 minutes later, so I jolt up and see a notification on my phone.

"Good Morning!💙 You looked tired and knocked out so I reset your alarm to extra time. I have an early patrol, just meet me at the convention center by 9:00 sharp. Breakfast is made, kept it fresh in the toaster for you. Cya loves u."It was from about forty-five minutes ago, meaning I have less than an hour to get ready. I quickly showered, put on a more formal than casual look, are and brushed before heading out of the house and washing through the streets with eight minutes to get around six blocks. It was made so clear to not be late. "Note to Pete to never mess with my alarm, even if it gets me more sleep," I said gasping for air from four blocks away.
I wait for the light and see a fluffy squiggle sneak under a construction fence with a gap. Definitely some kind of pet. I ignored it and went with my day. "Six minutes and three blocks, I can make it," I sweated. By the time I got to the center, I was almost a minute late. The security guard at the door stared me down. "...Hi..sorry I gotta..get backstage..." I said between breaths to the security guard.
"Name?" he asked. I didn't get that often, I was always known as Norman Osborn's son, but thankfully that's no more. "Harry Osborn. H as in Hydrogen, A as in Astatine R as in" I trailed off. "You're on the list sir, Just get backstage before it starts," he explained. I laughed in embarrassment at my geek self, as I got up to the back of the stage before being greeted by everyone.
"Hey, Harry." Max smiled. "Hi Max, how are you doing?" I asked. "Pretty well, say you're not usually late to things, Bad morning?" he asked. "Just stumbled upon some Peter luck." I laughed, speaking of, Peter showed up right then. "Har, I thought you weren't gonna show in time, what happened?" he asked. "Well, clearly you happened to my alarm," I said leaning an arm on his shoulder.
"Still, should've left you with enough time, sleepy." "Well, here I am." I sighed. Max made his way to the front of the stage to get cheers from everyone in the crowd. The Spider team, plus Grady, were working on slideshows to send up on the projector, while Peter was 3D printing the replica timestopper to stop villains from taking it. Only just then did he take it from the printer that he got distracted. We all in the back started chatting, and that's when we noticed, what used to be two timestopper devices on the table was now one. And just the replica. "Uh..Max.." Pete said upfront on stage.
