"My L'Manberg"

Makoto Naegi POV

"First of all, I'd better check the Monokuma File to see exactly what's going on." I thought as I picked up.

Monokuma File #2

The victim was Chihiro Fujisaki. The time of death is estimated to be around 2:00 am. The body was discovered in the girls locker room, on the 2nd floor of the school. The cause of death was a blow to the head with a blunt object. She was killed instantly.

"That's all it says" I thought surprised. "Well it's not like there's any point in complaining about it. No matter what, I gotta do what I gotta do".

"Hey Makoto. Do you have a second?" Byakuya asked.

"Huh?" I blurted. "Do you need something from me?".

"Of course. Life without purpose is quite dull, you know" He said.

"Um, so what do you need?" I asked him.

"I'm going to let you cooperate with me during my investigation." He said bluntly.

"Huh?" I emphasized.

"I'm purchasing your talent. The same talent which allowed you to solve Sayaka's case." He said.

"Solve?" I said. "No I just-"

"You seem to have some limited use. Which is why I've chosen you." He said. "You have the honor of contributing to my investigation.".

"So you're inviting me to come with you? You're doing it in the most arrogant way possible though" I thought.

"Now then, shall we get started.".

Wilbur POV

Dear to the many papers I call diary,

I think I've been standing here for more than an hour. At least it felt that way. A murder just happened and (un)lucky for me, I was one of the first people to see it. More people came later on and had their moments. Anyway they're starting to investigate things about the murder. We kind of figured out the murder weapon. A Dumbbell. Why would somebody kill someone with a dumbbell. Kind of stupid. There's bloodlust written on the wall, some poster of a lady that I won't describe as well, blood on the floor and that's about it. I just overheard Sakura and Naegi talking about the possibility of Chihiro's body being moved to the locker room. It might be a possibility. Why am I even trying to figure this thing out, I am basically here for sabotage.

As I folded the papers in my pocket, Byakuya started speaking.

"Wilbur, follow me" He said as he left the room. Makoto followed shortly after.

"I guess I'll follow" I thought as I left the room into the entrance room of both change rooms.

3 Person POV

"So this is our next location"

"Huh? This place is related to our investigation?" Makoto said confused.

"Figure it out yourself. It's no fun if you don't right?" Byakuya said. Wilbur was kind of dumbfounded. He had no idea what his purpose was. Makoto went around finding clues. Both Makoto and Byakuya walked up to the girl change room card reader.

"If I remember this correctly, this card reader is meant to work with our handbook?" Makoto asked.

"Do you have an issue with it, if so you should take it up with Monokuma" Byakuya said then quickly and sharply clapped his hands together.

"You called for me" Monokuma said.

"Has he been domesticated"Naegi thought.

"It seems that Makoto has a request for you" Byakuya answered.

"Sure, whats up?" Monokuma asked.

"Umm, well it's just about this card reader." Naegi stated.

"Yes, the card readers have all been designed to interface with each of your e-Handbooks! You can only enter the locker room corresponding to the gender listed in your individual hand book" Monokuma said.

"And it's impossible for two people in a row to go through while the doors are unlocked, correct" Byakuya asked.

"If there was some sort of ecrotic terrorist on the prowl, The ceiling-mounted Gatling gun would initiate a Swiss cheese slaughter!" He said smirking.

"And the school regulations prohibit anyone from lending someone else their handbook, correct?" Byakuya asked.

"Correct, Correct" Monokuma voiced happily.

"So then.. That means only girls can go in the girls locker room, and only boys can go in the boys locker room. In other words, Chihiro's body being found in the girls locker room means.." Naegi thought.

"Hey, Makoto. I can see right through you." Byakuya chuckled.

"See right...through me?" Naegi mumbled.

"Allow me to tell you what you're thinking... Since Chihiro was found in the girls locker room, the killer must have been able to get in there. As such, the killer must be one of the girls. Did I get it right? Good lord you're simple." He said.

"Am I wrong" Naegi said confused.

"You should pay closer attention to the regulations. The answer has been in front of you the entire time. 'Loaning your e-Handbook to another student is strictly prohibited.' Only the act of *loaning* a handbook is prohibited. Borrowing someone else's is perfectly fine." Byakuya disclosed.

"Why am I here again" Wilbur thought as it seems like they completely forgot he was there.

Poor Wilbur.

"Nyohohoho! I would expect nothing less from the prodigal son of the noble Togami family! So you managed to sniff out the loophole in the regulations! Monokuma chuckled.

"Knowing you, I would bet you created it on purpose, didn't you? To add a little more excitement to things." Byakuya said.

"Kyaaah! You're treating me like a puny little appetizer instead of the main course that I am! Now then, since the dead can't actually talk, they're not people anymore--they're things! Get it? Got it? Good." Monokuma yelled. Suddenly, Wilbur's e-handbook had a notification, as soon as he got it he quietly walked out of the room.

Wilbur POV

"A notification" I thought walking down the way. I stopped in the middle of the hallway to turn my e-handbook on. I saw a new message from Monokuma. It read:

Monokuma ;)

Hey Wilbur, it's Monokuma. I have a very special surprise for you! Go into the library and look for a book in one of the boxes. If you are confused, you will understand when you see it. Good Luck!

"The library?" I thought confused. When I got there I started looking in all the boxes. Once I was at the last one, I saw it.
