Midoriya felt like he was on a roller coaster in an endless black void. After what was either an eternity or two seconds, he fell into a pool of freezing cold water. Before he could react, a shark-like villain swam at him and opened his jaws. Like an idiot, Midoriya tried to scream underwater and started to choke. Then Asui appeared, kicked the shark villain away, and wrapped her giant tongue around Midoriya and tossed him onto the ship. He gasped for air, coughing up water. Yang fell next to him, similarly drenched. They stood up as Asui hopped on with them.
"Asui, you saved my life!" Midoriya coughed.
"It's Tsu, and you're welcome." Asui said.
"Why do the villains want to kill All Might?" Yang asked, examining her gauntlets for water damage.
"I don't know. But I think we have to fight." Midoriya said, looking at the incoming villains.
"Heck yeah." Yang agreed.
"You sure?" Asui asked. "These are real villains."
"What other choice do we have?" Midoriya looked over at the approaching villains.
Yang got in a fighting stance and activated her gauntlets. When the first villain appeared, she punched them overboard. Asui wrapped her tongue around the next one and threw them in the water. Midoriya saw one come from the other side and bodied him overboard. They continued, but wave after wave came and they couldn't get away from all of them.
"We need to get off the boat!" Asui said after she dumped three more villains in the water.
"Can either of you get yourselves to that ledge?" Yang asked.
Asui nodded. Midoriya shook his head, since having a broken leg now would be a disaster. Asui hopped over and used her tongue to get to the ledge. Yang grabbed Midoriya in one arm and pointed her other gauntlet down. The gauntlet shot a bullet, and they went flying. Yang struggled to steer them in the right direction, but they managed to crash onto the ledge near Asui.
"What do we do now?" Asui asked.
"I don't know." Yang said as she shot at the villains still on the boat.
"How is that legal?" Midoriya asked about Yang's gauntlet shotguns.
"Ember Celica? I built it myself at Shingō academy. Ruby built Crescent Rose there, too."
"Cool. We didn't get weapons at our middle school." Asui said sadly.
"Well, the only middle schools that do it are Shingō, Atorasu, Seiiki and Kurayami." Yang explained. "And only half the class went to any of those academies."
Yang kept firing until she was almost out of bullets. The three looked around to try and figure out what to do next.
"Who's that?" Tsu asked, pointing at a man with a lot of gray disembodied hands on him.
Midoriya looked at the man, then realized he was walking to Professor Aizawa. He was still fighting off villains and couldn't see the man.
"He's going for the professor." Yang said.
"He'll be fine. Look at him go." Midoriya watched Professor Aizawa throw a huge villain into four smaller ones.
The man was within arm's reach of the professor, but the three students weren't concerned until the man grabbed Professor Aizawa's arm and it began to bleed.
"Okay, maybe it is a problem." Yang said as the professor began to struggle with the man.
"We gotta help him!" Midoriya announced. He began climbing down the ledge to get to the six remaining low-level villains. Asui and Yang followed him.
The villains were all defeated soon enough, but so was the professor. Asui ran to block the man from getting to Professor Aizawa. Asui dodged the man's hand, but he kicked her out of the way.
"Children are stupid. I could kill you just by touching you." The man said.
Midoriya had a horrible thought of the villain grabbing Asui and killing her as an example.
"Who are you?" Yang asked, her gauntlets aimed at him.
"Who am I? I am Tomura Shigaraki, part of the League of Villains, user of the quirk Decay, and master of The Hound!" The man screamed like a child.
At the word Hound, a huge Grimm appeared. It smashed through the ledge that the trio had been standing on a minute ago and stood near Shigaraki. Yang, Asui, and Midoriya stood frozen in horror. Yang was the first to react by shooting at it twice, but it absorbed the bullets like it was nothing.
"We're screwed." Yang stated.
Suddenly All Might appeared and punched the Hound. It flew twenty feet before stopping itself. Midoriya looked up and saw all the teachers and Ida had just arrived.
"Young Midoriya, please get Professor Aizawa away from here to safety." All Might said.
Midoriya, Yang and Asui ran to the professor as All Might fought the Hound himself. Midoriya was panicking, because All Might wouldn't be able to win all on his own. Asui got Professor Aizawa and the three began to make their way to the teachers. Midoriya slipped and nearly fell, but a glyph from Weiss caught him and launched him above to the ledge. Asui and Yang appeared a moment later.
"Deku! I'm so glad you're okay!" Uraraka called.
"Is All Might going to be able to defeat that?" Pyrrha asked, pulling Midoriya to his feet.
Having Pyrrha Nikos in his class was the most amazing thing to ever happen to Midoriya. She was the pride of Tokyo, the best fighter in the country. She was even better in real life, kind and selfless. Now she was eyeing the Hound, ready to fight if needed.
"I think that we need to get out of here." Midoriya replied.
Pyrrha looked reluctant, but she took Professor Aizawa from Asui and carried him to Professor Port. Midoriya turned his attention back to All Might. He was struggling, and Shigaraki was gleefully explaining that the Hound would kill the Symbol of Peace. As the battle went on, Midoriya became more and more afraid. Eventually, All Might stopped in a smokey spot. Midoriya recognized that All Might was about to transform into his skinny mode. Midoriya couldn't let All Might's secret get out, not like this. He quickly jumped up and used one for all on the Hound, getting the last hit in. The Hound fell apart, and Shigiraki began to throw a temper tantrum. Kurogiri appeared behind him.
"We have to go. This was a failure." Kurogiri stated, opening a portal.
"Fine! BUT I'LL BE BACK!" Shigaraki yelled.
Kurogiri opened a new portal under Shigaraki and they both disappeared as Professor Ectoplasm appeared.
Midoriya looked back and saw All Might had transformed into his normal self. Professor Cementoss had created a wall that blocked him from view of the other students.
"C'mon. You need to get to Recovery Girl." The professor said, helping Midoriya and All Might stay out of view.
