Hannah stood outside of the hospital as she looked to see derek and smiled

"Have you spoken to your mother?" He asked as she looked to her stepfather and smiled

"What after what she did to you? With mark no. There is no way In hell" Hannah said as derek smiled

"I never asked you to take my side" he said as she smiled

"I know but I always saw you as my dad and she broke your heart" Hannah said as derek smiled

"We'll be okay. This is our new start" he said as she looked to him and smiled

"So what do you think of bella?" Derek asked as Hannah looked to him and smirked

"What you mean bella that you slept with? She told me besides if she hadn't I could tell. I can see how you are looking at each other" Hannah said as derek took a bite of the apple that he was eating and smiled as he looked to her

"You mean the way that you and Alex Karev are looking at each other. I'm not stupid Hannah" derek said as Hannah took a sip of her coffee and looked to him and smiled

"Nothing is going on with me and Alex Karev" Hannah said as derek looked to her and smirked as she walked off

Hannah sat in the locker room with Bella as she got to the hospital as she sat listened to bailey as she talked over rounds

"You look like death" Hannah said as bella looked to her and smirked

"Well thanks. I'm fine I am I'm just tired" Bella said as Hannah looked to her and smirked

"I bet you are" Hannah said as they looked to bailey

"You are the first person they see in the morning. You say please. You say thank you. You apologize for waking them up. You make them feel good about you. Why is that important? Cause then they'll talk to you and tell you what's wrong. Why is that important? Because then you can tell you're attending what they need to know during rounds. And why is that important? Because if you make your resident look bad, she'll torture you until you beg for your mama. Now get out there. I want pre-rounds done be 5:30 am" bailey said as alex walked over to Izzie

"Morning, Dr. Model" he said as hannah looked to him and chuckled at the comment. She knew that she and Alex had made out and neither of them had mentioned it and she was glad but part of her was confused over what was going on.

Hannah smirked as she looked to Alex. She saw how he spoke to izzie and she couldn't help but like it. Hannah knew he wasn't an angel and how he was a bot of a jerk and she knew that was why she liked him

Hannah didn't know what it was over Izzie but she annoyed her

"She does my head in. Have you seen the way she struts around here as if she owns the place" Hannah said as bella nodded

"Tell me about it. I mean yeah I slept with derek but she's the like to sleep with attendings...with the chief to make it" bella said as Hannah scoffed

"Yeah your right there" Hannah said

"I'd better get good patients today. Yesterday I had two guys with colostomies who needed dressing changes every 15 minutes" Meredith said as hannah looked to her and smiled
