Hannah got to the hospital as she walked through the hallway with the other interns

"What happened to George's hair? Is he having a nervous breakdown?" Izzie asked

"Maybe he seen you naked and had a breakdown" Bella said as Hannah rolled her eyes at her best friend

"Burke says he's got issues. Uh you should see them together. Like doing things, like running ... and cooking and talking. They're like bonding." Cristina said

"And you're afraid that Burke will realize he makes a better girlfriend than you?" Izzie asked

Cristina doesn't answer. Izzie nods

"You know Bella just go and apologize to him" izzie said

"She has nothing to apologise for " Hannah said

"Try again. Things can't stay like this. They suck like this." Izzie said

"I said leave her alone She's got nothing to apologise for he's being a baby" Hannah said

"Least George's didn't sleep with Hannah. Least that's someone who didn't" izzie said as Hannah and Bella held a look

"As obsessed that you are with Hannah's sex life stevens I'd say you wanted to sleep with her. I don't think Alex would approve. I think my brother is her type" Bella said

"Ew" Hannah said

They're now walking a hallway and Alex runs up to catch up with them

"What's up with O'Malley's hair? He looks like a hobbit." Alex asked as he wrapped his arms around Hannah

"He's just trying a new look. " izzie said

" You never called me back last night. You avoiding me? " alex asked Hannah as Hannah and Bella held a look and rolled their eyes

"You miss me...Why would I be avoiding you?" Hannah asked As they walked into a room

"Well I missed you" he said as she turned to face him and smiled as she kissed him

"Denny Duquette. Age 36." Izzie said

"37 in 3 weeks."

"37 in 3 weeks. He's having difficulty breathing and chest pains." Izzie said

"Breath sounds? " Burke asked

"Still a little junky. He has a build up fluid in his system." Izzie asked

"Hey did you just call me a junkie? That's not very nice. " denny said

"Denny, you're congestive heart failure is getting worse despite the meds. "

" Alright so how do we proceed?"

"Doctors how do we proceed?"

"Titrate up his nitrate drip and continue with diuretics plus- " alex said

"ACE-inhibitors, Beta-blockers and start dobutamine." Izzie said
"I also want his ins and outs recorded and one of you monitoring him at all times." Burke said
