Hannah sat in the kitchen with Bella, Alex, Cristina and izzie as they revised for their intern exam
"How do you treat pancreatic divisum? Izzie?" Cristina asked
"Oh, Cristina. If you're not gonna let us sleep, you at least have to let me put coffee in my cup." Izzie said
"Okay, so go. No one's stopping you." Cristina said
" I'm too tired to go." Izzie said
"Pancreatic divisum." Cristina said
" Dorsal duct sphincterotomy."alex said as Bella groaned
"I'm too tired for this. I need sleep" Bella said
"Not your turn, but correct. You do me." Cristina said
"I can't believe O'Malley's missing this. How's he gonna be ready?" Alex said
"Oh, you're kidding, right?" Cristina said
"We have Callie's cards, but George has..." Alex said
"George has Callie." Izzie said
"What's the most frequent cause of diarrhea in hospitalized patients?" Alex asked
" Is she coming to this bachelorette thing tonight?" Izzie asked
"Rotavirus. Yes. Uh, no! No, no, no. Uh, salmonella." Cristina said
"Diarrhea in hospitalized patients." Alex asked as Meredith enters
"The most frequent cause of diarrhea in hospitalized patients is C.Diff which can lead to toxic megacolon, perforation, sepsis and death. That's what killed Susan." Meredith said
"Is she okay?" Izixe asked
"Oh, she's fine." Cristina said
" Dude, she's messed up." Alex said
"Of course she's messed up. Susan was basically her surrogate mother." Izzie siad
"Can you blame her" Hannah said
"Yeah, her fake mom was better than her real mom." Cristina said
" Is she going to the hospital first or the funeral?" Izzie asked
" First to the hospital, then to the funeral, then to the test this afternoon." Cristina said
"Has she even studied?" Alex asked
"Yeah, she studied. She's fine. She just needs to be left alone, okay? So what's inside the carotid sheath? Izzie?" Cristina asked

"They paged you guys, too?" Addison asked
"Well, I think they paged all of us." Burke said
"That can't be good." Addison said
" Sure it can. He could be letting us know I won the race for chief." Mark said
