Hannah stood with Meredith as they got to work. Hannah frowned as she saw the tension with George and belle "what the hell is going on with them" Meredith asked as she sat next to Hannah who pulled her hair into a bun
"I dunno. What happened with mark"
"He's gone that's all I need to know" Hannah said as Meredith looked to her and smiled.
Hannah sat in the locker room as she got to work and yawned. She looked to see George and Bella. She could see that there was tense between the two of them
"50 bucks says O'Malley caught her doing Mark Sloan" Alex said as Hannah smirked
"Dude that's your sister...O'Malley would he so lucky" Hannah said
"There's something going on. I mean look at them" Izzie said
"Why are you such a gossip" Hannah said as she glared at izzie
"Alright he walked in on her doing mcsteamy" Alex said as Hannah groaned in disgust at the thought of mark
"Bella wouldn't do that to me"
"See what your doing to me" Alex said as Hannah rolled her eyes
"Did I just call that dude mcsteamy?" Alex asked as Hannah chuckled
"Oh you know you did" Hannah said as she slipped on her shoes
"Awesome. You are ruining my life" Alex said to Hannah who smirked. Bella faked gagged at the two of them. She knew how happy that she was that Hannah was happy even if it was with her brother
"you love it" Hannah said smirking as she leant in and kissed him
"What's ah...what's a going on?" Izzie asked as she walked over to where George and Bella were as George and Bella both give Izzie weird looks
"Nothing" Bella said
"Oh you know we're going to find out anyway" Cristina said
"You tell us and maybe we can help" Izzie said
"There's nothing to tell" George said
"Oh that means there's something to tell" Bella said
"Come on" George said
"There's nothing to tell" Bella said as Hannah looked to them. She knew that they were totally hiding something. Hannah knew that there was something going on and she could see that she was upset

Hannah walked out of the patient rule as George followed her
"Did Bella say any..anything to anyone about anything?" He asked as Hannah looked to him and frowned
"No. Are you gonna dish?" She asked
"No" George said as Hannah looks at him
"No" he repeated as as She starts to walk again
