Hannah stood by the nurses station with George and Meredith . She looked to see Alex as he walked over and smiled
"Are you okay" Hannah asked Alex. She knew how Bella was in there with the bomb. She was worried over him as she knew that he was worried over bella
"What's going on?" Izzie asked
"Uh something happened in OR 3. " George said
"What?" Meredith asked
"I don't know. All I know is that Hannah the paramedic, she's missing" George said as Richard comes out of the office and walks by them
"Chief, what's happened?" Hannah's asked
"Quiet board. A quiet board is what's happened." Richard said
"That can't be good" Hannah said as alex looked to her and frowned
"What do you mean" alex asked as Hannah smiled
"It's something my mother says, a quiet board means disaster." Hannah said
She didn't have a good feeling over all of it
Alex looked to grace and frowned "are you okay" Alex asked as he looked to his girlfriend
"She told me, Bella told me she had a feeling" Hannah said. She looked to see Richard as he walked back to her
"Karev, a word" he said as Alex looked up at him and frowned
"It's about my sister isn't it" Alex asked. He knew that she had a feeling and she knew that he'd feeling was not nothing
"It's Bella. She has her hand inside the body" Richard said as Hannah looked to Alex and closed her eyes. She felt sick and knew Alex would be worried
"She has her hand on the bomb?" Alex asked as Richard looked to her and nodded
"Is she okay?" Alex asked
"We're going to do all we can to get her out there. Are you okay" he asked as alex looked to him with tears in her eyes and smiled
"I'm okay. Just do all you can to safe my sister. She's the only family I have excuse me" alex said as she excused herself. She walked off and sighed as he ignored everyone
"Alex" Hannah called as alex walked past her ignoring her. Hannah could tell that he was worried
"Do you think he's okay" George asked as Hannah looked to him and smiled
"I don't know Georgie" Hannah said.
"Chief what's going on" George asked as Richard looked to them as he smiled
"There's something you need to know it's Bella " he said as the four remaining interns looked to each other

Hannah sat on the floor in the locker room. She looked as the others walked in "hey are you okay" Hannah asked as Alex said nothing but smiled. Hannah sat next to him and placed a hand on top of hers and smiled
