After word of 05 4's suspicious activity reached other 05 council members an emergency meeting was established with haste. The proceedings is a transcript of the meeting accompanied by 05 council members 4, 9, 10, 11, and 12.

[Begin Log]

4: "Glad we're all gathered with our knives and pitchforks. May I explain myself?"

10: "That's what we're here for."

9: "Actually, I believe I should take lead here, 4. No need to sully your name further."

10: "Nine? Are you involved in this?"

9: "More or less, I am the cause for this meeting. While four's actions were reckless, they were under my request."

4: "Nine, you don't have to do this, it could of-"

12: "Please let her speak, four."

(Mumbling frustration and shifting of chairs)

9: "Upon SCP-6194's capture and  identification, it was less understood how airborne the ability was. Much less that it was even caused by inhalation. Safety protocols were less strict and items leaving his presence temporarily held some of these chemicals."

10: "Please get to the point, 9."

9: "This means for as secure as we are... we let this slip through the cracks."

(Minor confused chatter among council members along with the sound of one scraping chair. It is assumed 9 now stood out of her chair. Clothes begin to rustle and was soon after followed by a slow and quiet dripping sound)

4: "Nine, you really don't have to..."

9: "Quiet four. This was the result of our negligence."

11: "You were infected... how long has this been an issue?"

9: "Shortly after his detainment."

10: "So you currently feel all reported effects?"

9: "Yes... and some."

(Sound assumed to be 9 taking her seat once more)

9: "I've refused to get any closer with SCP-6194 for multiple reasons. All SCP who have interacted with him, at the exception of those who have not been retested, have had altered views on him. In order to bare an unbiased perception, I cannot relieve myself of this."

11: "The effects are very difficult to deal with... how have you managed to stay calm?"

4: "That's why I've been approving so many tests like before."

9: "Using the footage to relieve myself has kept me sane. However, I don't find the same relief from tapes I've already seen."

11: "We could simply start a regimen? Keep bringing in the same SCP rather than new ones-"

9: "The testing we have been performing has been lucrative, to say the least. While it has been reckless, and generally disruptive, we've acquired extensive knowledge on how broad this anomaly is, can be used, and it's efficiency."

10: "Why didn't you just come to the council to begin with? Why drag this out?"

11: "Pride, ten. I doubt you would want to admit to being infected with something as shameful."

(A silence encases the audio for a few minutes)

12: "Reference back to the control subject... could we just keep giving him D-Class?"

9: "Unfortunately, no. The videos including the D-Class and SCP-446 were ineffective. If I'm to relieve myself and remain in an unbiased frame of mind, new subjects and videos are to be created."

10: "Keeping you relieved is going to be costly. Why not just lay with SCP-6194 and step away from his overall containment?"

9: "Both SCP-085 and SCP-105 have repeatedly made requests to interact or meet with SCP-6194 again. This clearly indicates a needing response after use. Unfortunately, I am connected to this file. But now that this dirty laundry has been laid out, it will be nice to be more transparent with you all. Next test will be with SCP-105 simply for more time while we decide who we test next. Four, I once more apologize for putting you in this position."

4: "Either we find a cure, or we work on a regimen. Either way, I'm glad I don't have to hide it anymore."

10: "Normally, I'd at least motion for some form of punishment for negligence like this. But seeing how all council members are not present, and this infection is clearly a punishment in itself, i'd suggest you take better focus on testing with SCP-6194 until you figure out a more permanent solution for your infection."

9: "I'll take your suggestion, Ten. Now, are we done here?"

12: "I'd say so."

[End Log]

|| Heyyo~ thank you for reading so far! I plan on writing a whole bunch of entries for fun, so leave me some suggestions on what SCP you'd like to see in future chapters! I'll even include possibly world ending ones for alternate reality entries. Have fun! ||
