Zayden

"Don't make me fall!" Ali whines, gripping onto me so tight, that I'll probably see a mark later.

"I won't relax, you can stop gripping onto me so hard," I say, holding her hand and helping her walk on the ice.

"I swear if you-" she begins but I stop her before she can finish.

"Shh, just trust me"

Ali just rolls her eyes at me and grips my shoulder even tighter.

Minutes later she starts getting the hang of it and next thing you know she's taking huge steps on the ice.

"Great, I can teach you how to actually skate now," I say, eager to watch her skate without harshly gripping onto me.

"Who needs to know how to skate when you can just walk on the ice?" She replies sarcastically.

I step behind her and grab a hold of her waist.

"Alright Ali, just push forward off one leg and let the other glide through the ice" I instruct.

She tries to follow my instructions but causes us both to stumble and land butt first on the ice. "Oops," she says innocently, trying not to laugh.

A smile worked it's way up her face as she tried her hardest not to laugh. Whenever she smiles my body just naturally reacts and brings up its own smile.

Whenever she's not around, a lot of my smiles are forced. Sometimes at least.

Most of my smiles now are directed to her, and my mother. I guess Lukas and Tate too. That's it mainly though.

"Let's try again"  I set my gaze onto her eager face. "Just watch me and look at my feet, not in a weird way though" I chuckled.

Ali shot me a seductive fake wink and started to focus on my feet as I glided through the ice.

Her beauty was so much for me to handle. Ali is the girl of my dreams. She's just too beautiful to be real. She's much more beautiful than models you see on television, and don't get me wrong they are beautiful too but Ali is just something else.

Thoughts of Ali surrounded my head, causing me to get distracted and slam right into the board of the rink.

Well, that fucking hurt.

Ali's eyes widened as she let out the loudest laugh I'd ever heard from her. She didn't even attempt to help me or anything, she just sat on the ice, laughing at me.

"Do you find that amusing?" I ask her, stabilizing myself.

"Very much, yes," she says in between laughs. "You have to focus, Zayden" a little bit of mocking in her voice.

"I am focused." I roll my eyes.

"No, you aren't"

"Don't start that again, Ali."

She gets up on her feet and starts practicing with me again.

Our little skating lesson lasted an hour before we both started getting tired of it. During most of the lesson, Ali just started bursting out laughing out of nowhere then says it's cause of me slamming right into the board.
