⏳FLASHBACK 6 YEARS AGO⌛

Today i turned my 7th year of life And my mother was hyperactive about my birthday party. I was thinking about dream that i had last night. It was about a boy with silver hair and reddish eyes. He and i were crying for some reason,but what he said was something that worried me the most. He said "Lily i promise i will save you,we will be together again,don't forget me."

'Past is in the past,and it's best if it stays that way',I thought not wanting to dwell on things I could now understand.

As I walked through the hallways still lost in my own world,by accident my body collided with smaller one.

"Sorry Delfina",I apologised noticing black haired girl rubbing her a little sore head.

"Do not worry it can happen to anyone. But why are you lost?",she was the first one noticing my distressed state.

"I had a really bad dream last night",I said as simply as I could.

"Hmm...come with me "

Delfina practically dragged me to her room and placing me on a small chair in front of round table she reveled her cristal ball. Oh,i forgot to tell Delfina is a fortune teller or a seer. She can tell what will happen in near future but not when or where. Of course I had to explain everything much to my dismay. Suddenly her eyes illuminated with white light for a few seconds before they turned back to their normal color.

"What did you see Del?",eagerly I wondered.

"Something bad will happen soon. I can see you and another person,you a mermaid and him a human. Then you start running and before you knew it, something precious of your was lost. Other person,a human boy as I saw it, who you ran away from, took it with him", Her head shook as she continue describing her vision.

"I will lose something precious to me?"

"Yes, you need to be careful",the warning words done nothing in order to stop accident.

~Le time skip~

It was middle of the birthday party and soon everything there bacame so boring that I had to leave. Checking if there were any guards i quickly sneaked out and swam toward the shore,to watch full moon. Reach in the surface I instantly found a great spot,sat up and let my voice out in a form of a song. Not far behind was a person listening my melody,hoping he will leave i continue singing lower tune.When i finish i turned around and saw boy same age as me staring directly at my tail. His warm brown eyes shone with amazement while his messy light orange hair danced on the wind. Freezing in my place all I could do was stare.

"Are you a mermaid?",with that question I was brought back to reality and as soon as possible jumped in water and swam back to palace.
On thw way there i saw that my pearl wasn't in my necklace anymore. Delfina's words repeating in my head as only one thought crossed my mind 'My pearl is in that boy's hand,i hope he will keep it safe Until i come and take it back'.

While i was walking on the beach i heard beautiful singing. Even more prettier that song of a pink mermaid that saved my life. I decided to follow the song that quietly slow down. There,on one rock,i saw the most beautiful thing on the world.Young Mermaid, singing an amazing song. Her hair and tail were in gradient rainbow canvas,her eyes remaining closed as she sang. Gorgeous only that word run through my mind as it compared this beauty with pink one.
I was in love with pink mermaid ever since the day she saved me,but now,now I think my heart has chosen another. Her melody finished and she opened her eyes,revealing the most masmerizing blue grey pair of orbs . Looking at me her whole body didn't move even for a cm.

"Are you a mermaid?"

Before i got answer,she swam away. But i saw something shiny in water on place where she was sitting. I looked closely before noticing shiny multicolor pearl with same colors as her hair and tail. Clenching it,i moved my hand near my heart.

:I will tresure this until we meet again,beautiful mermaid"

Moving back to my home,i placed pearl in little vial that was attached to a chain necklace. I put it around my neck before i adding small pink pearl in old jewelry box of my mother.It will surely give me luck. I hope i will meet both mermaids one day. Especialy aurora one.

PRESENT TIME

I turned thirteen years today and was packing for my trip. Today i'm going on land to find my long lost pearl.Hope of both finding my pearl and the boy that took it overcome my body and adrenaline pumped through my veins.As soon as I finished with packing I took my things and waited for Del to arrive.My mother was crying tears of both sadness and happiness while two of us left the palace.The trip was generally smooth but long and during swim we met with Rina,much to all our's surprise.

"Hello Rina. It's been so long since we met last time",I spoke hugging my childhood friend.

"Yes it was. Are you going on land?",she asked confused.

"Mhm i'm going with Delfina to find something that i lost many years ago",my explanation seems to resolve all her question as we continue to wonder toward new Land.

"Would you like to come with us?",I asked wishing for her to agree.

"..Sure...",somehow unsure she answered but I was too happy you notice.

And after some time we were near the beach. When we step out of water we immediately transformed into humans.We went to near road,and called taxi. He brought us in front of one big house. There were three rooms. One for me, one for Rina,and one for Delfina. House is near beach,and view from balconies are beautiful. I took blue room,Delfina yellow,and Rina the green one. It was middle of day,and i got one idea.

"Rina, Del wanna go on a beach, or in some cafe?"

"I'm for cafe", greenette replied unpacking her things.

"So am i", Del agreed also changing.

"Alright, when you finish unpacking we will go".

They nodded before leaving to finish their unpacking and changing. I did the same. After hour i was done,and as simple as possible wore sundress. It fitted perfectly with my hair color. Rina and Delfina waited for me outside.

"Ready?"

Giving a short nod we left. Noticing full beach cafe the three of us made our way toward cute shop just to be surprised by its popularity. Indeed cafe was full,with only one table by the end of veranda free. Looking around I saw a girl with blue hair and matching eyes working there,next to her was also a clumsy blonde with doe like brown eyes. We sat for table and ordered before concentrating on different things. From veranda you could see whole whole beach and it's visitors. There were so many surfers,swimmers, and tourist people. After finishing our drinks we walked down the sandy surface enjoying this heaven of life.Wind in hair and sand under foot felt soo good. Then i saw him,boy with same orange hair and matching eyes. He was surfing. I need my pearl back,on one or another way.
