Note #1: This feels like a Haven movie at this point. Very cool.
Also I didn't realize I haven't updated this in a month, my bad.
Haven's POV
I have no clue what I just read right now. I put the story aside and go to my desk to grab a blank piece of paper and a pencil. At the top, I write, "Story Comparisons," and then draw a line in the middle. I write on the left, "First Story," and on the right, "Second Story."
"Here's what we're going to do, guys. We're gonna compare the similarities and differences between each story. The first one being the one we just read, and the second one being the first one we read a few days ago...technically," I irritably explain.
"Haven, it's almost dinner time! Say goodbye to your friends!" Mom yells.
"Tomorrow," I add. "Wait-"
I rush downstairs, trying to find where mom was. She was sitting in the living room reading a book.
"Can Craig and Kelsey and J.P. and Omar stay over for a sleepover please, please, please, please, please?" I plead.
"Yeah! We need to host an emergency sleepover!" Kelsey joins in.
I didn't even notice all of them followed me.
"What for?" Mom asks.
"We need to- analyze some books," Omar nervously smiles.
The rest of us nod along.
"Hmm..."
We give her puppy dog eyes.
"I don't see why not," she gives in. "I'll call your parents to see if they're okay with it."
We silently cheer and then turn back to her professionally.
"Thank you for your time, mother. We will be on our way," the five of us walk away. "Go, go, go, go, go, go," we run back upstairs.
"Operation: Storyline Sleepover is a go! Meet you all back here in a few hours," I cheer.
It's nice to take on the leadership role occasionally.
A few hours later:
I'm dressed in my pajamas, I ate a very delicious meal, now it's time for the main event.
Note #1.5: Designed and drawn by me.
I hear a knock on the door. Just as I planned.
"I got it!" I run downstairs and open the door.
The Stump Quartet, or would it be...whatever the next name after a quartet is because of me? I dunno, heh.
"Welcome once again. Enter," I gesture them inside.
"I love your spooky welcomes," Kelsey mimics my mysterious-sounding voice.
"All for the intriguing allure of the atmosphere," I evilly cackle. She cackles along with me.
