Taehyung heard the voices first.

"What the fuck happened?" Namjoon's voice was hysterical.

"He was just standing there one minute and collapsed the next!" Hoseok's voice was scared.

"Someone get a bottle of water!" Sejin's voice held authority.

"He's burning up," Jimin voice was soft.

"Is he hurt? Did he fall headfirst?" Seokjin's voice was worried.

"Why is he not waking up?" Jeongguk's voice sounded like he was about to cry.

Taehyung felt something cool on his forehead as he fluttered his eyes open. Six pairs of eyes looked down at him. He looked at his feet which were raised on a chair and moved his fingers against the wooden floor.

What happened to him?

The last he remembered was looking for the exit and asking Hoseok for directions.

His throat felt like sand.

He tried to get up and was propped up by Jin. "Taehyunga, are you okay?"

"What happened?"

"Are you alright?"

"Are you hurt?"

"Are you in pain?"

Taehyung closed his eyes and shook his head.

"Give him some space," Sejin announced.

They shifted back. Taehyung felt like a brick wall had fell on him and the side of his forehead hurt.

Did he actually fall headfirst?

That would explain the pain.

"Have some water," Namjoon offered him a bottle.

Taehyung looked up at all the faces surrounding him in confusion.

Where was he? And why was everyone looking at him?

"What- happened?" Taehyung croaked, voice still hoarse.

Everyone looked at him in silence until Taehyung felt someone slap into and let out an oof.

"You idiot, you scared us for a minute!" Jimin scolded him, his arms wrapped tightly around his torso.

"Oh whoa, Jimina, let's not crush him please." Sejin pulled the other back who looked heartbroken.

"What happened Taehyunga?" Hoseok asked gently. "You came out and then you suddenly collapsed."

"I- I don't know," Taehyung's mind was blank. He just remembered moving towards Hoseok and then waking up on the floor the next. "I just wanted to go out for some fresh air and I saw Hoseokie hyung- and then I woke up here."

Taehyung looked around at the members faces. They were all ready for the performance.

"We're due in thirty minutes," a staff member announced behind Sejin, indicating the time left for the show to start.

Taehyung tried to get up, "I- I need to get ready- or we'll be late-"

"You can't perform."

A voice he hadn't heard since the minute he got up sounded from behind him. Taehyung turned his face to see the maknae looking at him with a stoic expression, and if he squinted hard enough he could see the faint tear stains on the younger's cheeks as well.
