HD has been hanging out with dream for the past few months now and dream can't lie that having company wasn't good
"Dreeeeeeeeammm I'm bored!" HD says with a childish tone
"Well what do you wanna do???" Dream asks he can't deny that the prison is undeniably boring...but what can they do it's not like they could just go out
"Let's go outside!!! I wanna see the nightsky and the stars!" HD says happily
"idiot how am I gonna go outside? remember WE ARE IN PRISON!" Dream says clearly thinking HD was stupid
"Well~~ maybe we could~~" HD says with a smirk
"Whatever your thinking I feel like its bad-"
"NO ITS NOT! We could make a deal!" HD says in a chirpy tone
"a deal? no."
"But whyyyy" HD says with sad puppy eyes
"I remember the first day we met where you were waiting for the "perfect time" to make a deal?" dream scoffs he knew HD was planning something just to make a deal with him and he still doesn't trust him fully
"Okay okayyy I admit it I did say that but come on daydream don't you wanna go outside and see the stars with me!!"
"Well you did also say I deserve to be here-"
"OKAY OKAY okay just a one day deal!" HD says clearly trying to convince Dream because he really wanted to go outside
"does that even exist" dream chuckles
"come on daydream I don't even know how you've not gotten insane here its so quiet and boring" HD says but he was right that prison would absolutely drive you insane no noise, being alone in the dark, no entertainment, it was a really depressing place to be in
"I'm already insane HD I havent had sunlight in months or is it years-?" Dream replies and yep sanity isn't even in the list now like sanity who ate they?
"god your losing sense of time- come on fine no deal but let me just take you to see the stars tonight" HD says he really felt bad for Dream and it's not healthy to stay inside all day
"fine but I hope sam wouldn't notice me literally leaving the fu-king prison"
"he won't I'll cast an illusion spell"

"one of my tricks" HD winked after "now hold my hands and close your eyes" HD smiles after dream sighs and holds HD's hands and closes his eyes
"okay now open!" HD says dream open his eyes and gasped "woah! I haven's seen the stars in such a long time now... its beautiful" dream says "I KNOW RIGHT!" HD says in cheerful tone then they laid down on the ground and just looked up the sky with awe after a while HD turns and see that dream had fallen asleep he smiled as he went closer and cuddled with him
As morning comes dream wakes up "ah sh-t I forgot the sun fu-king hurts ow my eye" with dream swearing at the sun HD wakes up and pulls him back which made Dream stumble back down and lay on the grass "ow HD-" dream turn to him and see's him sleeping peacefully dream just smirks and just looked around he'd never been outside the prison for months? years? he lost sense of time but he knew it had been a long time since he saw the outside it was quite beautiful even if nature was cruel from time to time it still had wonders that awe people then dream heard a familiar voice "dream?"
