Transformers: The Downfall of Megatron

Prologue

Within a cave in Chicago, Optimus is thrown to a wall after being struck down by Megatron, who infused himself with Dark Energon.

Optimus Prime: Megatron, you don't have to do this.

Megatron: Oh Prime, I'm not gonna do it... just yet.

Megatron grabs something outside of Optimus' view before throwing the defenseless Bumblebee at the wall.

Megatron: I'm going to make you suffer, Optimus.

Optimus Prime: No.. Not Bumblebee...

Megatron: This is how it felt when you abandoned me for that stupid matrix of leadership... Now watch as your deepest friend perishes in front of you.

Megatron aims his Fusion Cannon at Bumblebee and Charges it before looking at Optimus again and asking him:

Bumblebee: Optimus?...

Megatron: Any Last Words before your little scout ceases to exist? No? Good.

Megatron fires at Bumblebee, blowing a hole through the helpless autobot's torso, eventually killing him.

Optimus Prime: NO!

Megatron: Now, go sit there and suffer, brother.

Optimus Prime: B-Bumblebee.... no..

With a look of pure anger on his face, Optimus gets up and runs at Megatron, climbs on his back, grabs his Fusion Cannon and points it at Megatron's head. Optimus then forces Megatron to shoot himself, ending his reign of terror once and for all. Optimus after letting Megatron's body fall, looks at Lockdown who has his arms crossed.

Lockdown: I've never expected this day to come. But oh well.

Optimus Prime: Who are you?

Lockdown: Oh right, where are my manners? I am Lockdown, and I propose an offer.

Optimus Prime: What the hell do you have that I would possibly need right now?

Lockdown: Reviving your now deceased friend.

Optimus Prime: ...

Lockdown: You'll let me do it under your base, correct? Away from the view of other autobots?

Optimus Prime: ...I would do anything to get my son back.

Lockdown: Excellent, lets go now before any decepticons arrive and see us over Megatron's corpse.

Optimus Prime: Good idea.

As Optimus and Lockdown walk away with Bee's body, Starscream, Grindor, and Vortex arrive shortly after to see Megatron's Corpse on the floor of the cave.

Starscream: ...Well, now that Megatron is Dead forever, I AM THE LEADER FROM NOW ON-

Grindor: No, Starscream.

Starscream: B-But...

Vortex: No Starscream, we're gonna repair him.

Starscream: HOW? LOOK AT HIS HEAD! HOW THE HELL CAN WE REPAIR THAT?!

Grindor: You'll see.

The Three take Megatron's corpse back to their base as Lockdown and Optimus Prime arrive at the Autobot base and begin initiating repairs on Bumblebee.
