- Y/N POV -

After spending a good amount of time in my room, I started to clean up, not wanting to accidentally step on anything that might be valuable. Getting up from my bed, I swing my legs over the edge and through the nearest blanket onto the bed.

"Meow!" Whines the black kitten, I giggle before apologizing and watching him frantically try to find a way out from under the f/c blanket.

"I wonder if any of the team still cares about me?" I mutter to myself, the kitten walks to the edge of the bed and starts to nuzzle into my side. "Do you think they do?" I ask, before shaking my head and exhaling deeply through my nose.

"I don't think they do... even if they did, they lied to me. I don't need them, do I? I could just live in an apartment with you if you'd come with me that is." I say, looking at the kitten. He nods, and I smile, turning to face the security camera in my room.

"I don't need them at all,"

Grabbing the kitten, I bring him to my shoulders and he gets comfortable. His head is on my left shoulder while the rest of his body is on the back of my neck or my right shoulder, his tail swishing with excitement.

"JARVIS?"

"Yes, Ms. L/n?" The AI asked, I grabbed my suitcase and placed it on my bed. Glitching my things back into their rightful places in my room, before glitching everything I would need into my suitcase.

"Turn off security cameras and stop recording,"

"Yes, Ms. L/n, anything else?"

"Where is the farthest apartment building from the tower that's still in New York City?"

"Meow?" Asked the kitten, I pet his head, chuckling to myself.

"I feel like one of those master villains who's coming up with an evil plan to take down the heroes, when all I'm doing is calming my friend down," I mutter, the kitten purrs, nudging his head into my cheek.

"The farthest apartment building is 108 Park Terrace E, New York, NY 10034."

"How long it will take to get there?"

"Twenty-seven minutes, Miss,"

"Where are all the team members?"

After getting all the information I needed, my bag was packed, my room was empty, and my whole room was stripped of anything that made it seem like I lived here. I was about to head out when I remembered.

"Hold on a second, kitten, I need to say goodbye to someone," I place the kitten down, he tilts his head but sits down nonetheless. "I need to say goodbye to Loki,"

"Meow," He shooed me with his head, I chuckled before heading to Loki's room. Once I made it, I knocked on the door a few seconds later, and a voice was heard.

"Come in," Loki called, I slowly opened the door to see the God reading a book on his bed.

"Hey," I say, gently closing the door behind me.

"Hey,"

"I just came to say goodbye," I say, walking closer to the bed, Loki stands up. Placing the book he was reading on his nightstand, and tilting his head.

"Why?"

"I'm just going on a trip," I say, holding my hands out for a hug, he smiles slightly before wrapping his arms around my waist.

"For how long?" He whispers, his cool breath tickling my neck.

"I'll be back before you know it," I lie, he sighed. Letting go of me, he places a kiss on my forehead and says.

"Be safe, pet. I wouldn't want to have to heal you when you return," Loki teases, I chuckle.

"Not that kind of trip, but thank you," I say, gathering all my courage. I grab the belt around his waist and pull it closer to my body, bringing my lips to his before letting go and rushing out the door.

That was the scariest thing I have done in my life! Now, time to find that kitten, he couldn't have gone far, could he?
