(this is Will)

Olivia POV

"Can I have something strong? Whiskey vodka, anything," I hear a familiar voice say a bit down the bar from me. I look over, and it's Luke... and Jennifer.

I stare across the room at Luke as he gets handed a glass of straight whiskey. Jennifer has a moody scowl across her face as she argues about something, but I can't quite hear what it is. But it looks like they haven't noticed me.

I can feel my heart aching slightly as I see them together, Luke says something and Jennifer calms down batting her eyelashes at him with a smile on her face. His arm is round her waist. That should be me...

"You seen a ghost or something?" Will says, taking my attention back to him and his pretty green eyes.

I shake my head, "an ex, actually...." I say looking down at the drink sitting in front of me.

"That explains the face..." he smirks pointing at me playfully.

"The face?" I chuckle looking up at him.

"You went from happily chatting to me to scowling at the blonde couple over there..."

I roll my eyes at him, "shut up..." I say jokingly.

"Ohhh, want me to get rid of them?" he asks, looking over at the couple.

"No, no, I might go say hi. We're friends now, I guess..." I shrug with a slight smile on my face.

"Your friends with your ex?" he questions, raising an eyebrow.

"Mhmm," I mumble as I sip my drink.

He shakes his head at the thought, handing me another drink, "Ex's can't be friends they always end up hooking up. There's too much chemistry...."

"Well, he's my brother's best friend, so I have no choice. Plus, it's not like that with us. He has a girlfriend," I shrug, trying not to be bothered by it.

"You dated your brothers, best friend?" he questions, sounding slightly judgy.

"Yeah? But he's dating my best friend...." I shrug.

He raises an eyebrow chuckling slightly, "Ohh right... sounds like you have shit friends...."

"They aren't that bad...." I shake my head.

"Hmm, sure..." he mumbles under his breath.

"Whatever..." I say, shrugging off the backhanded comments.

He seems to notice something is up and leans on the bar slightly, "so, since I have your number... any chance you'd like dinner sometime this week?" he says to change the subject.

It takes me by surprise slightly because I was thinking so much about Luke. "um ... fuck it, why not." I say after thinking about it for a second.

"Awesome, Friday work for ya?" he says, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah... sounds good" I smiled brightly up at him.

We chat a bit more about random stuff, from what we study to what our hobbies are, we have a lot in common, like how he has family in the UK as well, and he also likes phycology but is actually studying English.

When it gets to 11pm I decide I should go back to the flat and try and get some sleep I make my excuses for leaving Will before heading back upstairs.

I got a text from Calum saying that he heard that I had moved into the building and asked if I wanted to hang out with them all at the flat. I decided I'll drop by for a little, didn't feel like staying up too late but I haven't seen the boys for ages.
