16| I hate him

He sneers, nodding his head. "Should I tell you?" She squints her eyes at him, trying to read his face. His eyes had a playful glint, his mouth sneering but there was something off. She tilts her head, relaxing her shoulders.

"Something is fishy. That playful glint in his eyes....something is fishy." She smiles, getting the trick he was trying to play on her but decided to play along.

"Jungkook, please don't tell anyone." She begs, intertwining her fingers in a begging gesture. He smirks, tipping his chin high, his chest slightly out. "I won't—but it depends." He smirks at her, wiggling his brows. "What–what do you want?" She queries, her smile hidden behind her mask.

He closes the remaining distance between them almost touching her chest. "Tell me who are you and all your identity." She raises her eyebrows in amusement. "Are you a police officer or what?" He shrugs carelessly. "I'm just a curious boy."

She nods placing her hand on his chest, pushing him away. "Stay away from me curious boy. Keep your distance or you will regret everything." She warns him and walks away from him. Jungkook scoffs and runs behind her.

"I will tell your name to everyone." He warns her, trying to get something out of her. She couldn't help but chuckle at this. "I'm not wanted." She says while clasping her hands together, rubbing them. The cold breeze walked along with them, making their hair dance in the air. Shivers ran down Jungkook's spine as he walked.

"They didn't tell us about this weather today." He thinks, puffing his cheeks with air.

Jungkook sniffs, feeling his nose cold and runny. "It's cold." She nods, humming. He rubs his hands on his arms to create some warmth for his almost frozen body. She turns her head towards him, eying him up and down. She sighs and takes her hoodie off.

A hand comes in the sight of Jungkook. He looks down to find her handing him his black hoodie. "Wear this. You will catch a cold." She says while looking around. The tip of her ears and neck flushed. Jungkook's hands fall on his sides in disbelief.

She frowns when he didn't take the hoodie so she turned her neck towards him to witness him standing there like he was glitching. She raises her brows, jerking the hoodie towards him.

He lifts his head to look at her, blinking his eyes. Unexpectedly pout molds on his lips as his hands closed in fists. "What happened now?" She questions, baffled at his behavior. "This wasn't supposed to be like this!" He whines, stomping his foot on the floor.

Her lips curled up in confusion. "What is he talking about?" She thought staring at him with frowned brows, lips curled up in confusion. "I should be the one to ask you that!" He pouts, frowning at her. She stares at him blankly.

Jungkook stands there with a pout while she was also standing in the same position, her hand still in the air, offering him her hoodie. It was going to continue but a loud sneeze made her startled. She sought, striding towards Jungkook who was a sneezing mess.

Jungkook rubs his nose, sniffing. The weather was in a romantic mood today. It wasn't the weather's fault that he didn't ask the question but the girl did. At least, the gesture was warm and romantic but Jungkook was a fool to whine about the negative things when he could have just taken that as a positive gesture and had a soft smile instead on his face.

Instead of being pessimistic, we should learn to appreciate the small things happening around us we fail to notice but we chose to focus on the negative things and Jungkook was doing the same right now.

"I should have worn a jacket or something." He thought, his frown getting deeper. "It's all the weather's fault! Or else I could have been gentlemen and asked her first if I would have known!"

Jungkook gets startled when the hoodie was thrown at his face while he was being a whiney kid. "Wear it!" She says annoyed by him. "Get out of your fantasies. Life isn't a movie or a book." Jungkook tsks wearing the hoodie.

"People might think I have gone crazy since I wearing a girl's hoodie."

"When you weren't?" She mumbles, biting her nails. "Let people think what they want. They will be not there when you will catch a cold. They will not know what you will be going through and anyways you can't tell if this hoodie is for men or women."

Jungkook bites his lip, struggling to get his head out of the hoodie. "Help! I'm stuck!" She rolls her eyes, sighing. "What I got myself into?" Cursing at herself she stomps toward Jungkook who was struggling. She pushed the piece of cloth down harshly,  tired from him.

Jungkook sighs in relief, smiling. His hair was messy and his face was red. "Now let's go, shall we?" He smiled at her, offering his hands. She folds her arms, gazing at his hand but ignores him and walks away. He groans while smiling softly.

"You're cute!" He shouts, trying to catch up with her. Her lips curls up in disgust when he called her cute.

"I hate him!"
