Chapter 5

The mating ceremony was held in the area that was much like a garden too. Oliver was excited as he was going to get the Alpha of his dreams solely for himself. John was, on the other hand, looking around anxiously. 

The priest told them to mark each other. Oliver looked at John with the twinkling eyes. He tried to hold John's hand but was swatted away. 

Oliver put his hands on John's shoulder and bit his scent glands lightly. But when it was John's turn. He simply grabbed Oliver's chin and sank his fangs into his scent glands. The omegas are quite at bitter end of stick since they are fragile and can't be manhandled, that is what John exactly did 

Pack members started to congratulate them.Oliver was receiving the gifts with a grin on face while John left the area by making an excuse.

"Babe! I swear he can't have what you have. Believe me." The man kneels in front of a woman. "Oh really? You accepted him in front of everyone. You marked him John." Vanessa hissed. "I'll do whatever you want. But please. Vanessa!" John begged. He missed the sinister smile Vanessa had. "Very well. Then you will feed him this liquid everyday. Till his 3 heats pass." She gave him a potion. "Deal?" She asked and John quickly nodded. "Yes honey. Anything for you." He got up and pecked her lips.

Oliver was squirming on the bed. While John was hovering over him. His strong thrusts made Oliver's head hit the headboard. His moans and cries were restrained by the palm placed over his mouth. 

Finally, John finished inside and went to the bathroom to clean himself. Oliver, who was still in shock as he was attacked in his sleep by the alpha in his rut. He curled himself under the covers since his legs and hands were still tied together. He was sobbing when the bathroom door opened and John came out fully clothed. 

John left him there. They were staying in the house near the pack house. So, there was no way someone would come to rescue him.

After gaining consciousness, Oliver transformed into his wolf Eli. He was small with black fur covering his body. His golden eyes were roaming around until he focused on the door. "Should we go out, Oli?"  His wolf asks him. "No! What if he is still outside?" Eli yelped at this. "He was in rut. That's why he was rough." Eli tries to argue. "You weren't there to experience the humiliation." Oliver cried as Eli simply transformed back to his human body.

Michael was training the new fighters when he saw John going to the forest area. He paused and left after him after giving the proper instructions. 

He wanted to ask about Oliver but the scene in front of him made him lose his calm. 

Vanessa was sandwiched between the tree and John while they were doing the deed.  Michael went back without saying anything but only got enough evidence by taking pictures. 

But little did he know, informing this to Alpha will be his biggest mistake. When the matter gets out of hand. Oliver was the one who was mainly targeted. 

Vanessa was mostly with John. But Oliver still cared. He was an omega and on top of that, he was marked by John. Going against his alpha wasn't something he should be doing. 

"John! The medicine is finished. If it's a necessary thing. You have to buy more." 

Oliver told him as he placed the empty bottle in front of John. "I'll tell Vanessa." John replied, making Oliver stop in his tracks. 

" What do you mean Vanessa?" He asked. "You are feeding me something, that a person who hates me, gave you?"  

Oliver raised a brow at him. "Watch your tone." He warned as Oliver just lowered his head.

 Oliver was baking a cake when the main door opened with a loud bang. Oliver flinched as he looked at the furious Vanessa. "You slut! Conceiving my man's child?" She shouted as she gripped his arm. Oliver sobbed at the grip. 

"What are you talking about. He is my mate." He responded and got backhanded by Vanessa. Being a female alpha, her strength was enormous. She picked him up by his arm and pulled him toward the room.

Oliver was trapped inside the room for days. But he refused to take the medicine. Being pregnant was great news for him. But John's attitude made him cry. 

He knew that Vanessa wanted to tear them apart. But he never expected the amount of hatred John showed him.

After a week of torture, Oliver was left with a miscarriage. The only normal person left in the pack house was John. He was happy that he could finally get back to his love.

 "I am begging you John. Please don't do this." Oliver again tried to hold John's leg. He was sitting on the floor near john. Crying, begging, hurting. But his words fell on the deaf ears. 

The bond was broken leaving a barren Oliver behind. The medicine, though, hasn't killed Oliver's inner wolf but it has affected the reproductive system of the omega.

Edward's eyes were staring at not some specific point. He knew the rest of the story. John was expelled from the family. Oliver was given the title and power of Elder while Michael was driven away from his alpha and bestfriend because of the lenient punishment.
