This year Alfie and his mom were the last to reach, everyone was outside already greeting Belly and her mother Laurel. "Oh my God is that little Alfie!" Steven shouted fist bumping the boy. Conrad greeted him, then Alfie hugged Belly, and that leaved Jeremiah.

"It's nice to see you again." Jeremiah came over to him.

"Yeah," Alfie gave a smile, "Change of heart?"

"What do you mean?"

"Your usually not this.. greetable."

"Oh. Yeah then, change of heart."

"Guys guys," Steven got their attention, "I don't know about you but I think its time for a Belly Flop!"

A Belly Flop is something they used to saying before throwing Belly in the pool, but she was not having it this year as she tried to run away. They boys easily caught her and lift her to the pool, her attempts at escaping stopped. "Ready?" The boys all sounded together. "One.. two.. three!" They released her into the water as she screamed.

They all started laughing.

Then Jeremiah picked up Alfie. Alfie panicked momentarily before being thrown into the water. "I think my heel touched the back of my neck." Alfie acted injured. Jeremiah reached his hand out to help the boy out of the water, but as they held hands Alfie yanked Jeremiah into the pool.

"Loser." Aflie stated as Jeremy resurfaced.

Alfie walked into the kitchen with the moms, soaking wet. "Hi." He greeted Susannah and Laurel.

"Your dripping water everywhere." His mother scolded. As she went to get him a towel Susannah got her attention.

"Alf- He's gorgeous." Alfie pretended not to hear and just ate a granola bar.
