"Moonlight is pretty," I said, looking over at Chan. 

Moonlight really was pretty. Especially over the lake that we were at. 

"It's beautiful, isn't it? I've always liked the reflection onto the water."

I nodded, looking back over the lake with a smile. 

"Thank you for sticking up for me today. I honestly... I wish he would leave me alone."

"I cant stand someone treating you like that. I couldn't just stand on the sidelines and watch."

I looked down at our intertwined hands. For some reason, my heart accelerated when he held my hand or kissed me. 

Could I even like him? This fast after getting out of the relationship with Wooseok?

I took my hand away from his and he tilted his head at me, but didn't say a word. 

I couldn't like him. We had agreed that it was just a sexual relationship, no strings attached. Besides, I still loved Wooseok, right?

Maybe I didn't, not after what he had done today. 

But still, I couldn't like someone, especially this fast. Chan would reject me, and on top of that, we would stop doing anything we did together. And personally, I loved the way we were together.

"Felix? Are you okay?"

"Uhm..." I looked down at my hands. "I'm alright."

"Felix," He turned me to face him. "Talk to me."

"I just... I want to go home."

He nodded. "I understand. It's the start of the weekend... get some rest."

We got back into his car and I was silent. He put his hand over my thigh as he drove, and I somewhat felt comforted. 

"Uhm... I'll get going now." I stepped out of his car. As I walked to my doorstep, he grabbed my arm from behind me, flipping me around to look at him. There was a slight hint of worry in his eyes. 

"Is there something wrong, Felix?"

"Uhm..." I bit my lip. 

Why was I scared? 

"Felix."

I slightly pushed his chest away from me.

"I don't know why, but my heart pounds when you're around. Please, leave before it gets worse."

He pulled me to him again, leaning down to kiss me quite gently. His hand moved from my waist to my neck, to deepen our shared affection. 

What was with him? Why would he kiss me like this?

Wooseok never kissed me so affectionately.

"I want your heart to continue to beat for me."
