"So, you enjoying work so far?"

I laughed at Hyunjin's question.

"I've only been there for a day, Hyung."

"Yeah! But you think you're gonna stay? You're a blast to be around!"

I shrugged. "I like my coworkers. I think I'll stay."

"Glad we make you feel welcome. Changbin thought we'd scare you away."

"Honestly? You guys' energy is exactly what I need right now. I love it."

Hyunjin smiled. "You know. Your eyes are pretty."

"O-oh." I looked at him and he smiled back at me. 

"Yeah, they are."

I blinked a few times as my phone buzzed. 

Chan

Lix.. can we talk?

 I shook my head, putting my phone to the side. I hugged my knees to my chest and Hyunjin sighed. 

"Is it the Chan guy?"

"Yeah."

"Did you really love him?"

I tilted my head. "I liked him. We were never a couple, but rather more... intimate with each other because we were both going through something."

"So what happened with that?"

"Well... he basically just went back to the girl who cheated on him. I didn't understand it of course, but I wont stop him."

"Why not talk to him?"

"Because well... I don't know, really. I don't want to hear him say that I'm just not good enough."

"Felix." Hyunjin grabbed my face. "Call him. Let him explain. I'm sure it cant be that bad if you give him a chance. At least let him know, okay?"

I slightly nodded. 

"I'm leaving now. Give the man a call. Solve things. It's up to you."
